[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted so badly to love this coffeemaker. It’s beautiful and by a great brand, but I could never get it to work with my lifestyle. I could never get it to make a pot of coffee that tasted good. Since the carafe is glass and not insulated, the coffee was most often cold by the time I was ready for a cup. I don’t like how you can’t remove the water container and have to pour water in. Probably a minuscule downfall, but I keep the coffeemaker under my cabinets and I always spill water all over the counter.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The coffee machine took a little bit of figuring out at first to program, definitely needed to read the manual, but it has been easy to use since setting it up. It is quiet and I love that there are so many different options, from hot to iced coffee, from a full pot to a single cup! The machine is quiet and has auto-start and auto-off features, which are very convenient. Have not had it long so can't speak to its durability, but I am pleased with its performance so far and would recommend this product.

With so many touchscreens these days, it was great to see some physical buttons to select your favorite type of brew. The pod system opens and closes with ease and leaves no doubt that it is secure. Some other models pop open and then require cleaning; not this model, however. The brew was ready in no time, so if you're running late it won't because it took too long to make your coffee. It also accommodates smaller or larger mugs with the flip down tray. Also noticed there was no extra dripping after making the brew, so no extra cleanup is needed. Overall a great coffee maker whether you like hot or over ice, small or large - it makes a brew just for you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First thing I noticed about this coffee machine was the size! It is not as big as I thought it would be which is a plus. Second is that it is multi purpose you can make a pot or just a cup. You can use ground coffee or pods. It brews fast and you can choose the settings over ice or dark roast. Great coffee machine would highly recommend it to anyone who shares a coffee pot!

I currently have the ninja which I like but I love that this takes k cups so you get an extra feature. The reusable filters on both sides are nice. Coffee tastes good. I only have good things to say about it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! This machine is incredible! I had so much fun unboxing and setting up this coffee maker. The extra items like filters, etc were tucked safely away in the carafe. The 12-cup brew was pretty fast at around 7 mins and the pod brew depending on the brew size was quick. I love the versatility of this machine. The added option of using the cold brew for both the regular brew and pod brew is awesome!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Cuisinart coffee maker has a nice modern style that is beautiful, shiny, stylish and sleek. It has filters that are built into the two separate tanks for the individual pod and full carafe which produces an even better flavored coffee. You can pre-program for when you want your coffee to be brewed. The k-cup option works very well compared to other brands. The temperature is hot enough for a perfect cup of coffee but doesn't destroy the pods or make a mess. It also comes with a re-usable pod for individual cups of coffee which is not a common feature and normally sold separately. Also has an iced coffee option. Some improvements that could be made would be more options for sizes like 14oz and 16oz and slightly more space for larger containers like tumblers to fit for to go coffee. The water reservoir is also slightly hard to remove from the back because it is sleek with nothing to grip on without having to reach inside it for the handle. Overall it's very nice and I enjoy it a lot!
