Best coffee maker I’ve ever had! Both options for coffee are great (carafe and pod), really easy to clean too. Highly recommended!

Very disappointed in the grounds in my coffee when using paper filters. I have wet the filters and it helps some.

Poor pouring spout always leaks when pouring into cup. Otherwise coffee is very hot and tastes good.

The water container for the “pod” side leaks water all over the counter. Happens after coffee is made. Apparently a common problem. Didn’t care for the instructions either.
