Easy to use, beautiful looking appliance, so many functions. Hot pot of coffee, iced coffee, any style of Keurig or just plain hot water.

I loved the design and controls but the Kcup was being split open and dumping grounds into the cup every time.

Nice looking but not easy to use. The knob in the middle is hard to read unless you crouch down and look at it head on.

Piece of junk. Received the first one and the k-cup part didn't work, returned and received a second one and it didn't work at all. Don't buy this.

The pod brewer will not melt the chocolate in "Cafe Escapes Cafe Mocha" pod. The pod is a Keurig compatible brand by Green Mountain.

I love this coffee maker. So fast and convenient! It is definitely on the list for family Christmas!

Great purchase. Very easy to set up, has all the neede gadgets. Only down is I was disappointed the war we dispenser is only for single serve.

This coffee maker is great. I have my one Kcup of regular and then make a pot (6 cups, it can make 12 cups) of decaf which my wife and I share
