We love our coffee pot the coffee taste amazing. The ease of having two coffee pots in one is awesome.

Works very well and makes good coffee! The carafe is better than the last model in that it doesnt drip if you pour the coffee fast.

We love the versatility and the water filters on each side makes a significant difference filtering out our high mineral water.

Chi tea cups do not completely empty resulting in thin drink. Not happy thinking About returning machine.
