Very nice and convenient. Easy to use and versatile - able to make a carafe of coffee or a single serving from the same machine.

versatility is great, but I wish it brewed hotter. Having the ability to brew an individual cup is good and then there is the option of pods.

Wouldn't make individual cups. That function never worked. Had to return it 2 days after buying it.

Coffee never tasted so good with this coffee maker. I enjoy having both avenues to use. If I just want a cup, I don’t have make the whole pot.

Love it. Best of both coffee makers. I really like the larger area to fill the water. Takes way less space on the counter.
