I owned and loved my Cuisinart duel coffeemaker for over 9 years but good things come to an end and it finally started having problems…..easy decision, I purchased the new model Cuisinart duel coffeemaker. I love it - has several new features that make it easier to use..no on/off switch, the drop down self for smaller mugs etc. and the design is even more attractive - A+

This is my second Cuisinart coffee center. I had my first stainless steel k-cup combo for about 6 years. It was time for the newer model. The features I like the best are the easy program controls. I love how it keeps the Cafe heated for upto 4 hours and the café temperature selector. I like my coffee really hot! I also love the programable timer, having hot coffee waiting for me is so much better than me waiting for the coffee to finish brewing. The older model would spill coffee if you tilted the Cafe to far forward to make it pour faster. The new one hasn't spilled. I haven't used the k-cup on the new model but I'm hoping it is better than the earlier model that was finicky with different k-cups brands. Overall I really like this coffee center. It makes delicious coffee. It's my second one so I guess I really like it.

Makes a great cup of coffee. But there was a problem with the mesh coffee filter. The mesh split from the basket. Tried to report it with Cuisinart through their website, to get a new one, when I went to submit it, message came up to resubmit it, site was down. This happened the three times I entered the information. Gave up.

So far a great coffee maker - both the carafe and K-Cup functions work great. it might leak when filling carafe reservoir for overnight storage, we had water on heater plate when started the brew process the next morning, but as I write this I realize I might have spilled a little water while filing the reservoir - Haven't trouble shoot the problem yet, if it is a problem.

We bought my husband the Cuisinart coffee center that makes single cups with pods, a carafe full and iced coffee. We have been so please with this purchase. It is very elegant looking and was such a reasonable price. We are very happy with the purchase. If I have one criticism, it is that the clock is only lit when coffee is brewing. It would be nice it the clock would always be lit if plugged in. Just for the ability to see the time if needed. Great buy.

Makes a good pot of coffee but the single serve not so much. Had problems getting it to work initially and the fix was no where to be found until Owen to YouTube and found other customers with the same issue. It was an easy fix but I spent an hour trying to figure it out myself. I love most Cuisinart items but this product is not their best. Again, it makes a good pot but the single serve pod doesn’t compare to a keurig. Also I think it’s cheaply made but most are!

This 2 in 1 Coffeemaker replaces one we received for Christmas 2019, which we used every single day and it finally wore out. This is the newer version, we like it a lot, and love that we can make a whole pot or a pod whenever we want. My only concern is that the new control knobs are shiny silver. Sometimes it's difficult to see if you've selected the right setting. Now that it IS set, however, I don't fuss with the settings at all. Love the Cuisinart 2 in 1 coffee maker!

This coffee maker is great because it gives me options. I can brew a full pot when I need it, or just make a single cup when I'm in a hurry. It's easy to use and doesn't take long to heat up. It's a great choice if you want one machine that can handle both everyday use and quick cups without taking up extra space on the counter.

This Cuisinart Coffee Center 2-in-one was purchased to replace a similar product from Keurig. The Keurig was extremely disappointing in that it barely made it past the one year warranty period before dying. In its favor, the Keurig was only 2/3rds the size of this gargantuan Cuisinart Coffee Center. OK, so the Cuisinart product warranty is longer and it has a couple more bells and whistles, but in the end size matters. So far, however, this new coffee maker does all it is supposed to do admirably. This is my third Cuisinart coffee maker over the past 20+ years. If this one holds up as well as the previous machines, I'll be one happy coffee aficionado.

Many good features such as programmability, bold taste, coffee temperature options, etc. One downside is that when using the single-cup feature, the piercing of the pod makes a huge mess with ground coffee spilling all over that side of the coffee maker. I don't know if the point isn't sharp enough or what, but that's a major disappointment.
