[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this coffeemaker less than 30 days a headache, dis appointing. The lettering has worn off on the button less than a week. The cup portion does not work proper.

This is a far better upgrade from the older model. Especially like the coffee maker on the right side of the Kurig maker. Makes pouring water into the reservoir much easier.

Purchased this coffee center & was excited about getting it! Much to my surprise every time you fill the resivour to make coffee using the pod side the water leaks out from under the coffee maker!

This unit is a replacement for our first coffeemaker which after 10 years wore out. We liked is so much that we purchased its replacement in the newer model. Great unit for both pods and pots. Highly recommend

I keep having trouble with the single-serve feature of the coffee maker. An error code keeps popping up after 2 brews. I continue to clean it as indicated in the owner’s manual, but it isn’t really helping.

I like the versatility Of doing carafe or pods. I do not like carafe. When you pour a full carafe You have to be very careful or You end up spilling a bunch of coffee.

The carafe functions well and delivers excellent coffee. This is our second machine in 4 months and the K-cup function on both are terrible. The first machine did not work and the second allows grinds to enter the brew.

Great 2 in 1 coffee maker, easy to use not a ton of buttons to figure out, I also like the removable cup holder so you can use small or extra large cups.

We have tried numerous brands of coffeemakers and have not been truly satisfied until we bought this one! We love that it takes pods as well as coffee by the pot and has the great over ice feature.

This is a Wonderful Coffeemaker. It’s fast, love the water filter, and the coffee is amazing. It’s stays hot so my coffee is always just like I like it.
