Bought as a replacement for our old Cuisinart coffee maker. This new Cuisinart has a beautiful design, makes great coffee and looks great on our counter.

Beautiful machine However the water reservoir is quite small Constantly needs refilling The machine is VERY loud- especially at the end when it finishes filling the cup

Simple and easy to set up. I like the ability to brew a single cup or a full pot of coffee. I like the flip down tray when brewing single cups with smaller mugs.

I am a repeat customer for this coffee pot. Love the newer look BUT not sure why you switched carafe sides but now i have to pull in out (counter based) and turn it to the left to pour the water. Not a good design. Awkward at best

too many grounds in t!heh brewed coffee. Too small a water reservoir. Impossible to reach a customer service representative. Was on hold 45 minutes and was disconnected.

We just retired a previous Cuisinart coffee maker after many years of use. This maker is great as I make a small pot of coffee as my wife makes her 1 cup. I only wish this maker made a 16oz Kcup coffee as my wife uses a rather large mug.

This coffeemaker replaced my old Cuisinart. I ABSOLUTELY love the new design! We drink a lot of coffee and use both the single serve side and carafe side daily.

The carafe brew process is straightforward. The individual serving is more difficult to operate. The instructions are clear as mud for this and for the installation of the charcoal filters.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had 2 in 1 coffee maker for about a month. Brews coffee and pods very well. Makes very good coffee. It's just takes a little time getting use to how it operates.

Carafe gets backed up and coffee doesn’t drip which caused grinds to get into cup. Did not make the 8 cups since the water couldn’t get thru to the pot. The Pod side exploded and caused a backup and huge mess.
