We used our trailer for our own pick up. Box was easy to move into home. Mattress exactly what we wanted & hoped it would be. Used Sam's because of their mattress refund policy (just in case).....NO return from this buyer! Quality & Comfort.

Wanted to like for the price. Mattress was all gel foam and not enough structure for our needs. Returned. Return was easy and Sam's setup pickup at my convenience.

My wife and I love this mattress. It’s super soft and a dream to sleep on. We had it shipped right to us and the packing was solid. This mattress is such a great value. I would recommend it to anyone.

Oh My God. Words can’t describe how good of a mattress this is. I bought this for my house at school just looking for a cheap little mattress. I put my bed together. I was tired exhausted from doing all that handy Mandy and I laid my head on my pillow after I sink into that bed I don’t even remember falling asleep. It was a magical experience. Even better than laying on a cloud but we’ll see how long it lasts. I’ll keep you guys posted.

This mattress is not medium firm! It is way too soft. Caused the worst lower back pain that almost had me crippled. This thing went back to the store. Return process was a nightmare because it was a huge king size. They couldn't get it through the door! Had to open the side panels of the door. So embarrassing!! Do not buy this in the store because if you want to return it then it is up to you to get it back to the store. I brought it home in a box in my small SUV. I had to borrow a truck to return it. Ugh

I bought this for my teen. He LOVES it. He said he is having problems getting out of bed for school in the morning because it is so comfortable. This is definitely not a firm bed. It's like sleeping on a cloud. I bought the 1st one because of the too soft complaints which means it would be perfect for him. My 12 yr old had to have one once he tried his brothers out. Now my teen daughter is begging for one. I might have to get one for myself as well. We have had the 2 mattresses for over 2 weeks. You don't feel any springs and the memory foam forms to your body so perfect. When unboxing it the bed fluffed right up so fast so we didn't have to wait to feel the comfort. Amazing. I am buying more of these

You don't know what you don't know. That's the way it is when searching for a new mattress online. But you'll be hard pressed to find a better mattress for the money. This is truly a 4+ especially if you're a side sleeper. I have slept on a Novaform for years which is a 7 firm. My shoulder and hip pressure points are really beginning to bother me. I bought this for my guest room and I have been using it a lot lately. Definitely a better mattress with a 5.5-6 firmness. A hint of "squishy" which might fool you into believing it's a hybrid. A solid buy.

This mattress is way too soft. It deformed after just two months of use. Now it has a slope on one side. I contacted customer service thru chat and they said someone would reach out to me with in three days but no body reached out to me. I am long time Sams club customer. Used to spend thousands (which reduced by a lot when they started charging shipping for plus members). Very disappointed.

All the reviews are promotional so don't trust it. This mattress smells horrible, strong and toxic. It smells throughout whole space and beyond. I left the doors and windows open all night to air out but the smell remains strong and concerning. As far as quality, I opened it up and it appears refurbished in some parts especially the springs. It's much more soft than advertised. It did open to 12' and the mattress cover appeared of good quality but even after washing it in hot water it's still smells toxic. Skip this one and go to a top brand mattress.
