I love the Cascade Action Pacs.....I have used them for years and they work great! But, every once-in-a-while, I get a pac that is missing one of the 3 gels....this time it's the purple one. There is gel in the pac but only enough to give a hint of the missing color. I decided to write you because there is something wrong in the production. Did you run out of Purple? We had plenty of dishes and pans to get clean from Thanksgiving cooking and eating, most of which were greasy and very dirty. Everything came out very clean and smelling like Cascade's fresh scent. What a pleasure it was to not have to continually be washing the multiple days' dishwashing loads as well as the sometimes re-washing that can happen with very dirty pans. I certainly recommend this product!

I will always use Cascade for my dishwasher. It is even strong enough to get set on scum off the plates and clean the pots.
