I like the bed but unhappy that I cannot use my head board and it is difficult to keep the top sheet secured.

We bought this matress about a month ago and have loved it. We are older and it has been very comfortable.

This mattress is amazing and a life saver. I did expect it to be more plush but it's still very comfortable. I sleep great now!

When I first got this replacement, it was great, and now, for the last four months I’ve been dealing with a sink hole and is killing my lower back.

I’m very happy with my new mattress. I’ve been using it for a few weeks now, and my body feels more rusted and less pain when waking up.

With the right mattress protector, the mattress is surprisingly cooling and cozy in both hot and cold weather! The mattress has the perfect balance of plushness and support for your body. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great mattress! I was very excited to finally get a new mattress and I had such a great night of sleep after sleeping on this Serta one. My previous mattress was softer, and I had been waking up with some back pain, but this mattress is firm and helps a lot with my back and hips not sinking in as I sleep. It has a pleasant cooling effect so I didn’t feel overheated at night, and I love that it’s thicker as I like to sleep higher up off the ground since I am tall. It was such a shame to have to cover up the mattress with my bedding as I loved the design and dark blue and white color patterns. It also has helpful handles on the side so you can adjust it as needed on your bedframe. It’s on the heavier side, but most of my mattresses in the past have been heavy as well so I didn’t mind that. I prefer a heavier mattress, so it feels more sturdy when I am on the bed. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a firmer high quality mattress!  

I had my other mattress for 15 years, and it was great until the last week. I knew I had to replace it. We got a new mattress and after much deliberation, went with a Serta. We have no more back or hip pain when we wake up in the morning, it has great support, and I haven’t slept this great in years. Another thing that impressed me was the attention to aesthetics; the embroidered flowers on the mattress top are lovely. Thank you Serta!
