Very comfortable for me since I have had 6 back surgeries and 2 neck surgeries. The support of the mattress is great.

It’s incredibly supportive in places I didn’t realize my other mattress had been failing me. I will say this mattress is very tall, maybe don’t use a box spring with this particular mattress!!!!

My husbands runs hot at night and the mattress keeps him at a comfortable temperature throughout the entire night. I am also pregnant and this mattress keeps me feeling comfortable all night, especially on my hips since I have to sleep on my side. I would highly recommend this mattress to anyone looking to replace their current mattress!

In all honesty it’s a lot firmer than I would normally like, just a personal preference. That being said it is also extremely supportive! If you’re anything like me and my spouse we tend to run hot so the cooling effect is everything. It is also a very tall mattress so I would recommend trying a deep pocket sheet.

For starters, it’s a thick mattress, and due to the height, I ended up ditching my box spring. The memory foam top makes me feel snug and secure, and helps relieve pressure. It combines inner coils/springs provide added bounce and support. The zoned support can help with body alignment. The memory foam also has cooling technology to help distribute heat while I sleep. Serta offers several different firmness options to help further customize your sleeping experience. I got an extra firm (XF) one because I like to sleep on my back the most. The material feels like a soft bedcover, and the color and design look great. Overall, it feels premium and made well. Just throw on a sheet and cover and you’re ready to go. So far, I’ve never slept better and my back feels fantastic! If you’re looking for a new mattress that provides support and comfort, I highly recommend trying these out!

The Serta Perfect Sleeper had the right balance of softness and comfort but provides support for my body. I was afraid that it would be a little too plush but it wasn’t. I would definitely purchase this again. And will definitely recommend this mattress!

The mattress came nicely wrapped and has very sturdy handles on the sides for transporting it to any bedroom. The mattress itself is by far the most comfortable mattress in our house now. I have actually noticed our 8 year old sleeping longer than he typically would. I have slept in it twice now and as a stomach sleeper I don’t typically like very soft beds but you can definitely feel the coil part of this hybrid bed gently supporting you. When you combine that with the memory foam, this mattress really does sleep like a dream. If you are a fan of plush but also want the right support so you don’t wake up broken, then this mattress fits the bill. The quality is everything our family has come to expect from Serta mattresses over the years. The seams and stitching are all very well done and will last for years to come. The design on the bed is elegant and beautiful. And the overall thought that went into this mattress to truly make it make a difference in your life is really where it shines. A very high quality mattress that will undoubtedly give our son the best rest he’s ever had!

I just started sleeping on this mattress and it has a horrible bubble in the middle. This is the cool calming queen mattress. It's a replacement for a different mattress from serta and it only lasted 6 months before the sides started caving in. I will never buy a serta mattress again.
