[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this mattress and was so incredibly excited to try it out. Serta is one of those brands that you know delivers a good product. The hybrid feature is neat, and the claims of cooling was intriguing to me. My boyfriend gets very hot at night, and tends to sweat while sleeping. We have been testing the mattress for a few weeks now, and though the jury is still out on if the cooling really works, we absolutely love the comfort and plushness of the mattress. It’s a Goldilocks (not too soft, but not too firm), and we definitely notice a difference from our previous mattress to this one. I’d say if you’re in the market for a new mattress, give this one a try, and it won’t let you down!

This is one of the best mattresses I’ve ever used. I sleep so well on it. It’s in my guest bedroom, and every guest comments on how well they sleep—comfortable, relaxing, and perfectly contouring to the body in all the right ways. I paid a little bit more for it -- but so worth it!!

I toss and turn when I sleep, so I need a bed that’s soft enough for me to sleep on my side, but also firm enough when I’m sleeping facing up. This bed a really good investment and I can see myself using this bed for years to come.

I just started sleeping on this mattress and it has a horrible bubble in the middle. This is the cool calming queen mattress. It's a replacement for a different mattress from serta and it only lasted 6 months before the sides started caving in. I will never buy a serta mattress again.

The comfort on this bed goes above anything I have owned previously, the bonus pillow top makes it feels like I am being cuddled to sleep. A plus for me is all of the cooling technology implemented in the foam and outer layer, I am an excessively hot sleeper, so the temp control helps me sleep longer throughout the night. This mattress is built to last, perfect craftsmanship from end to end. Now I can’t wait to come home and relax on this beauty.
