Packaging was horrible. rug was out of the package some stains from shipping and poor handling.

This is the 2nd product I ordered where it shows up and it's damaged. The seam on the rug was already unraveling. It looks like it got caught on something, and it was pulling out so it's messed up prior to that. I ordered a quilt/comforter for my bed, and it was dirty.

This rug is almost slick on top, I have to be careful not to make the turn too quickly or I'll slide on it. The pattern is merely printed on top of the rug. Had I seen this in person, I wouldn't have bought it. But It fills the space in my hallway, and was reasonably priced. We'll see how long it will last. Don't love it.

I purchased this runner to coordinate with the large rug in the same print. So far, I'm super happy with both purchases. I've washed both several times and they're just as nice now as when I first purchased them. Super soft -- feels great under your feet - worth the price.

Very nice quality runner rug for the price, soft to touch. Lays nice. I got the grey/white, the rug coloring itself was exactly what I wanted, but they put a cream colored edging on it to bind it which didn't match. I figured I'd give it a try anyway. I will look into other color options in this brand, I do like it. Wished out locations had them in stores, so you could see other color options

I have already washed the smaller rug and it seems to hold up well and not leave a rubber trail behind.

SOOOOO SOFT!!!!!!! It's irrisistable! easy to wash and it doesn't rat out or lose stuff. Comes out of the dryer (dried on low heat) as soft and gorgeous as when it came out of the wrapping!!!

this runner has exceeded my expectations for a non skid carpet...very soft and very non skid...the pattern and colors are exactly what I needed very attractive...

These rugs are Great. They're very comfortable on your feet and they wash up very easily they fit in the washing machine if you have pets they're great
