When I decreased to 1 pill 2 times a day I felt fantastic! There was no crash from this pill which was a major plus. I did notice an increase in blood flow and good circulation. All in all it is very potent but works well!

I am coming back from an injury and I noticed I was hitting my usual number much faster than anticipated while using Muscle Builder.Easy product to take! Pills were slightly larger than normal pills I have taken but not bad! Haven't finished product yet but will revisit once I'm done. I haven't noticed a significant increase in strength it does help maintain muscle tone and defination. I skipped the gym for a week on vacation and continued taking the product and noticed I maintained tone and defination from the product.

This is a great pre-workout, easy to keep in my gym bag, helps with a pump, and doesnt keep me up if I try and go to bed 1-2 hours later. Pretty great little supplement to add to your inventory, especially when you don't want to drink a bunch of powders with added ingredients.

I noticed my energy was much better and actually wanted to go work out. I then worked out following 2 for breakfast and 2 30 mins prior to workout and really felt like my workouts after the first week were much stronger and recovery was much quicker. Definitely recommend giving this product a shot.
