This doesn't effect my heart rate but i feel my body get a little hotter during my work out. My oxygen and circulation improvement gives me more energy the rest of the day.

Im a first timer when it comes to volcano Im not really sure if its doing the job it says its doing but I prefer C4 and Ill be sticking too C4 from now on

I bought this product 2 weeks ago and have been taking it daily. It does absolutely nothing. I do not feel any boost, I have not gotten any strength or endurance gains, I do not notice a single thing. It says to take 2-4 capsules and I have tried taking both 2 and 4 and I still do not notice anything at all. Don't waste your money!
