Wow it works very well

I have yet to see any huge gains in terms of muscle mass, but like I said I haven't been taking this for a long time. It do not feel like it puts on water weight like some supplements with creatine do. I prefer supplements that do not do that. I also feel that this helps with how many reputations I can can put up using heavy weights. I am impressed with this suppliment, I hope to see some nice gains in terms of weight I can put up and muscle strength in the near future.

I take this together with my organic multi vitamin every morning with at least 16 ounces of room temperature water to which I add a couple tablespoons of fresh squeezed lemon juice. In a relatively short time, I can see the difference in the improvement of my core and I find I can do all activities at the gym without the pain I used to experience. The real test was a crazy hard yoga class which takes such strength, and I was able to do it with more ease. It's a beautiful thing.

The only ingredient in this product that works is 'l citruline,' and you can get a months supply for less than what you're paying here. Trust me, just look for l citruline and add some caffeine to it and you literally made a 10x better more potent preworkout than this product. You wanna get fancy throw some tyrosine in there for focus.

I used the product as recommended on the bottle and it did give me a pick up throughout the day which did help with the afternoon crash that I normally have. Overall, this is a good product that does work but I have used better supplements that work more effectively with my diet and routine.

Energy is there so that's a huge plus. Although it has great reviews I worry what it will do in the long run, and how much actual stuff we get and how much placebo is in the pie. Like I said, it has given me a bit of energy and did notice some endurance.

VolcaNO on the other hand has been a great edition to my routine and i feel great after day 5. I have more energy and have been more active in my workouts and routines. Results have already started and i have no complaints.
