Subsequently, it's hard to find time to stick to a workout/gym routine. I decided to bite the bullet and try this for a few days (I plan on continuing to take it until the bottle is empty). This product is great, because even though it's a workout supplement, it's also protein supplement; so, you take it on days where you do and don't work out. I began to follow the directions on the bottle and took it in the morning, and right before my workout (at night) and I felt great while I was working out! It gave me that "extra push"... it didn't flush my skin like many products that I hear about (yikes), but it gives you essential proteins to smoothen your workout, if you will. I have a slim/skinny frame, and my goal by the end of the year is to bulk up and build more muscle mass. This product is great because it will get me there with all of the proteins inside. The best part is that it's pill-form and easy to swallow -- there's no powder, shakes, etc. Although there is a slightly funny taste to it, it goes down easily with water and food. I've seen an ever-so-slight growth in my biceps from taking these. Overall, I will more than likely buy this once my sample is up. After a few days of use, I noticed I was able to push out a few more as well as go heavier. The veins on my arms look like they are going to rip through they are so pumped up. Very pleased.

The results were good, not amazing or anything but for the price i will cont to take these because basically all it does is push more oxygen into your body which im guessing improves circulation when working out. Hence that big 2nd wind feeling you get halfway through your workout.

I work in a warehouse and move a lot of stuff around. I am always tired before and after. When using this before I start the day,I feel energized for along time and helps me do the work easier.

It's not going to give you some huge gains or make you a beast in the gym. It will give you a little more boost during your workout. Anyone looking to purchase a nitric booster should consider buying this product.

I will continue to use it, to see if the results can be amplified, but I am impressed thus far. I also did not get a sick feeling from taking so many pills at once, which is a good thing. I have tried other pre-workout NO boosters, but this product is the best. I feel more energy and my workouts has just been super good lately. But I'm definitely feeling the pump.

I take two or three caps about 30 minutes before I go to the gym. I've been using it for a couple of weeks now and it does work. I get great pumps in the gym and some added strength in my workouts. My recovery time is about the same. I would definitely keep using this product.

I used as directed on the package and I got great results. I am excited to try more of the Force Factor products. The VolcaNO gave a great pump without the chemically jitters that some other products cause.
