[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the dollar value of this product I believe that the plastic caddy could be a little bit stronger or at least that the lid would close properly. The cleaning pads smell nice and work well but the caddy is of poor quality for the price.

We have used the Clorox toilet wand for several years, without any complaints. However, the last six months the product is of poor quality. When the pad gets wet, it falls off the wand. We will discontinue the use of this product for a while, in hopes that the quality improves. The quality control process needs to be reviewed. thanks ralph

When this product was introduced it was great. I did not have a complaint. For the past few years something has changed. I use the wand about 5 seconds, the cleaning pad starts pulling away from the plastic clear plug that attaches to the wand. Which makes it difficult to clean the rim of the toilet. Today this wand is good for flat cleaning. I will no longer purchase this product. Now I'm searching for a replacement.

I love this product! It does a really good job of cleaning the inside of the toilet, it's convenient and easy to use, and it stores easily. No more yucky bathroom smell from your standard reusable toilet wand. I also do not have to stick my hand directly in the toilet bowl to scrub it, this does the trick! The reason I gave it 4 stars is because I wish Clorox could find a way to remake this product using biodegradable materials. I love the convenience of this product, but I feel guilty about the amount of plastic waste I'm contributing to by using this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this product! It scrubs the stains out and disinfects. I love the fact that I can dispose of the sponge after use. I feel like the toilet get a better clean that way. I use to use the non-disposable toilet brushes and had to buy new ones every few months due to grim buildup.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thankfully, I haven't had the replacement head issue that others seem to have had. Knock on wood that it continues. I've been using the toilet wand for years because I found the standard toilet brushes were just nasty. I don't have kids around anymore, but I see no need to go back to a regular brush. I have what may be the original wands (one for each bathroom), and find them easy to use. I may be a little OCD, but I usually pour a little Clorox in the toilet, let it sit, and then finish up with the wand. I have even used fresh pads in the bathtub to help with the rings that dirty little grandchildren leave! I dispose of the pad, give the wand a quick wipe with a Clorox wipe, and back in the stand it goes! I do agree with others that a design change is in order. Stainless sounds awesome.

I hated that nasty toilet brush, it sits and gets stinky and nasty bacteria builds up in the holder. I love these products. I have wands and pads in all my batherrooms. The dispenser stays nice and clean I clean my toilet daily too. And all I need to do is throw away the pad and wipe the wand with a clorox disifectant cloth. No more nasty brushes or smells and I am confident that it is truely clean. I also keep the clorox wipes on the counter next to the toilet. Even though I keep my bathrooms very clean, my 7 yr old granddaughter does not like to sit on the toilet seat if it has not been cleaned first. So I keep the wipes there for her and all my family and guests to use as they see fit. I have been told many times by my family and guests that it is a nice touch to have them there..

This is the 3rd purchase in a row of the pads falling off as soon as they are wet. The first time I thought maybe the glue wasnt applied properly during manufacturing, so I dealt with it. The second box I purchased did the same thing. I don't typically complain, so I thought 2 in a row? Now this 3rd refill pack is the same! As soon as they hit the water the pad comes off from the plastic disc. Tell me this is just a short term problem because I love the sanitary and convenience of this product. I've been using for years. This is a new problem.

I now have a stopped up toilet because within minutes the pod fell off into my toilet and now is clogging things up. Please fix this issue. Great concept but the quality is terrible.

I love this product because it is easy to use. I do not have to touch the toilet. My kids can use it. It really cleans good! I feel that the inside of my toilet bowl is thoroughly cleaned afterwards. I also like the fact that it is easy to dispose of by just pressing a button and dropping it in the trash. The old style of toilet cleaning brushes use bristles that splatter water and dirt back at your face while lent over the toilet. This product does not do that. I get a little upset when I am out of refills. I am on my way to the store now. Thanks for this product! I appreciate it!
