I have used the Clorox ones for several years now they are always wonderful. I'd much rather have one handle and disposable wand heads to just toss after I use it and then I just set the handle back in the holder. And also, I always leave the wand heads in The plastic cellophane wrap. I just cut the end off. Because it's a lot easier to get the heads onto the wand if they're straight up in the plastic paper wrap in the Hard Plastiic wand holder.. it is much more sanitary to just click off the wand heads off the wand holder into the garbage can. I always press the wand heads against the toilet to make sure that they're not gonna drip as I take it over to the trashcan. - garbage can.

When this product was introduced it was great. I did not have a complaint. For the past few years something has changed. I use the wand about 5 seconds, the cleaning pad starts pulling away from the plastic clear plug that attaches to the wand. Which makes it difficult to clean the rim of the toilet. Today this wand is good for flat cleaning. I will no longer purchase this product. Now I'm searching for a replacement.

I love this product because it is easy to use. I do not have to touch the toilet. My kids can use it. It really cleans good! I feel that the inside of my toilet bowl is thoroughly cleaned afterwards. I also like the fact that it is easy to dispose of by just pressing a button and dropping it in the trash. The old style of toilet cleaning brushes use bristles that splatter water and dirt back at your face while lent over the toilet. This product does not do that. I get a little upset when I am out of refills. I am on my way to the store now. Thanks for this product! I appreciate it!

This is the 3rd purchase in a row of the pads falling off as soon as they are wet. The first time I thought maybe the glue wasnt applied properly during manufacturing, so I dealt with it. The second box I purchased did the same thing. I don't typically complain, so I thought 2 in a row? Now this 3rd refill pack is the same! As soon as they hit the water the pad comes off from the plastic disc. Tell me this is just a short term problem because I love the sanitary and convenience of this product. I've been using for years. This is a new problem.

To my utter joy I was able to get the toilet sparkling clean with very little effort and no mess. I am a true believer in this product.

I've used toilet wand + refills for years. I bought the 20 pack of refills & found the scrub material to separate from the head after less than 1 time around the toilet. I tried multiple times and threw them out thinking a defective batch, I bought another 20 pack of refills & same thing!!! Why did these change ?! Who quality tested this design change and further passed it to market?! Now I'm seeing all the reviews similar to mine. So disappointed in this product currently..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using these for years, and have also tried Scrubbing Bubbles scrubbing pads. The Toilet Wand does a better job scrubbing but just "rotates" as I run it under the toilet rim. That's the dirtiest area and I don't feel like it's getting clean. Any advice?

I used this product for years, and it was sooo much better than a traditional scrub brush. Now, the sponge falls apart immediately. For a long time, since I tend to buy in bulk, I assumed I had gotten a hold of a few packages in a bad batch. It finally dawned on me that I have repurchased in the meantime with the same results . I see the problem is it isn't supposed to be used beneath the water line. What toilet doesn't need scrubbing below the water line? I'm going back to a regular scrub brush. They may be gross, but at least I won't have to dig them out of the toilet.

I've been using this toilet bowl cleaning system since they appeared on the shelf. Used to love them. The last two boxes I boought of refills are useless. As soon as they hit the water they start to fall apart. Not together long enough to clean the bowl. Will throw this box out and find another product.

I clean homes, high dollar homes and have had all my people switch to this product. In the beginning it was wonderful and the pads stayed together. As time has went on the product has quality issues. The pads no longer stay together one switch in the toilet and they're falling apart. Very very disappointed. As I said in the beginning when this product first came out it was wonderful but no longer no longer worth the money.
