I love this product but sadly it falls apart when hits the water and its very frustrating! I bought a big refill package and all of them are the same, very disappointing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife & I use your products a lot but the pads fall off of the wand before they wear out. This seems to happen a lot.

The last few months QC has apparently become unimportant. We've used them for years but we'll be moving on to some other products unless Clorox fixes their problems. The pads are unusable, they fall apart the second you try to use them.

I stocked up on three wand sets and three refills for the pandemic. Every pad I have tried to use comes apart in layers including the one attached to the plastic. I have always trusted Clorox products and was wondering what happened?

I love this product so much first because of it's effectiveness, and secondly, because I have a toddler, and this is much safer byfar to have in the house. I love this product Thank You So Much!!!!!

Good idea, was really good when it first came out, now that people are using seems to be less and less soap less suds doesn't clean as good as before. I used to clean 2 toilets with 1 refill not anymore. Will have too try something new.

I have used the toilet wand for a couple of years,I thought they were great . Lately they are not so good the pad falls off while I am washing the toilets and I have to fish it out of the toilet .

I have used this product for awhile and love the easy cleanup. But the last several sleeves of refill pads fall apart immediately when they get wet. I guess I am switching.

I agree with the other posts they were great and Now since the quality has gone down the sponge fell off the wand and is now somewhere in the drain. I don't know what I need to do about it. Will it mess up my plumbing?
