I am handicapped, with limited balance, and range of motion. This product allows me to handle a job I have been utterly unable to manage for almost a decade. "Potty patrol" is no longer a heinous task. Thank you.

Used to love this product. Now this is a different story quality is poor, pads break and fall apart as soon as they hit the water. Gave the product another chance but honestly something changed and I am very disappointed

Have been using the toilet wands in my home as well as my cottage. Last batch everyone has fallen apart as soon as they are wet. The you have to physically retrieve them from the bowl . So disapponted!

its really long, so that's good, and theres 6 REFILLS, it got really wet though. It doesn't break when u push it really hard, that came in handy. it reaches into all the cracks u need.

I use to love the toilet wand. But lately several months the scrubber comes unglued and then the plastic wand is exposed, can't do any cleaning. I've retrieved the sponge with a glove and cleaned with it! I probably won't be buying them much longer.

I was really excited about this, thought it'd be more sanitary then leaving a toilet brush in the bathroom. After cleaning, and going back after 5 min to flush, it left blue stains from the soap and I had to rescrub with my toilet brush anyway.

The pads are not sturdy. Once you start using them to clean the toilet, they routinely fall apart. I've tried a couple of batches, each produces the same result.

I bought two boxes of 10 count ToiletWand refills about a month ago and both boxes are of very poor construction! The pad is not glued to the plastic disc and comes off in use.

Terrible. Every one of the scrubbers included fell apart immediately. I quit after the first few in frustration. I will have to buy another, competitor's product.

I have used toilet wands for years and now suddenly they fall apart. The LAST thing I want to do is fish broken pieces out of my toilet. Why the change? Can you PLEASE test changes before implementing? And change it back?
