I would rate it less if I could. Yes it used to be great - what a novel idea! Now the minute it gets wet it falls apart. At first I thought, maybe it is just a bad batch. I could at least get most of the toilet clean before it fell apart. Next purchase no such luck. Didn't stay together 5 seconds. During this time when cleanliness is so important, disappointed in Clorox. I purchased a toilet brush and toilet bowl cleaner.

I went to the store to buy a bowl cleaner and came home with a toiletwand system. I was satisfied, mostly, until the last package i bought. The thing falls off the thing almost as soon as it hits water. Completely useless. Should have stuck with a brush and clingy cleaner.

Cleans stains in the corners of my toilet that I could never get with a traditional toilet brush. A very hygienic alternative to reusable toilet brushes and the pads leave the toilet looking and smelling sparkling clean. Only complaint is that they are made with mostly plastic, which is not ideal for the environment. But otherwise would definitely recommend.

Like all the previous reviews. I used to use these all the time and they were great. The batch I got today (all 3 packages) are trash. Took 4 to *almost* clean half the bowl. I now have 4 useless wands. Don't bother with a number to call, please just fix the product, it's totally useless.

The first time I used one of these wands was at my daughter's cabin. I loved it so much I immediately purchased one and have used it at home ever since. I love, love this product. It makes cleaning the most disgusting thing in your home so easy. And after cleaning with it you know the bowl is clean and santized. I have a suggestion, it would be wonderful if Clorox made something like this product to clean the bath tub. I am a senior citizen and cleaning the tub and shower can really hurt your back. I have been using the toilet wand (new pad) to scrub my tub and it does a marvelous job. So Clorox, I suggest you help us old folks out and invent something like this device to scrub the tub. Thanks.

Have used these for years just like former review. Today, go to clean toilet and falls apart before finishing one toilet. Had to fish the head of the cleaner out of toilet. So disappointed. Thought maybe a fluke. Tried the next one. Didn't have to fish it out but fell apart much like the previous. Sacrificing quality now?

I have been using this product for a few years now. I loved this product until recently. The last pack I bought is awful quality the pad falls off as soon as begin to clean and then it falls off and I'm left trying to retrieve it. This is beyond frustrating. I think I am going to have to switch to a different brand.

I bought this a couple of weeks ago, so today I figured I would try them!! I am amazed on how well they work! I normally clean with my normal cleaner and a bowl brush quite frequently but this put that stuff to shame. After using this it was like had never cleaned my toilet bowl! Thanks for such a great product!

I have been using the toilet wands for years. However, the last few boxes have been of poor quality. The scrubbing head detaches from the plastic disk immediately. I don't know if the glue they are using has changed or what. But, we are looking for a different product now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the Toilet wands for years! But as of recent, the cleaning pads fall apart and then I have to (fish) out of the toilet bowl a piece of it...I have stopped buying them and gone back to a cheap bowl brush:/
