When i opened the refill pack for these yesterday I couldn't believe it. The pads are now half the size they used to be. You have to use two just to clean 1 toilet. I will be going back to using a brush and comet to clean my toilets. Did you think no one would notice?

Just got the starter kit recently and have used it 3 times, so far. The concept is great: not having a dirty brush in the house, to clean the toilet. But in practice, the scrubbing attachment seems too flimsy. It get long and stringy within a couple minutes, making me fear I'll be fishing it out of the toilet by the time I'm done using it. And I would like to know: who cleans their toilet just above the water line? That's what the instructions above indicate, in directions about using this item. I scrub everywhere in the bowl, above and below the water line and even the drainage hole. Which is hard to do when the little scrubby head is trying to fall apart....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This seemed like it would be a good product. Certainly had a name that use to mean quality. However, I am pretty disappointed. Right out of the package, the first pad is already hanging by a thread (literally) from that plastic backing disk which snaps into the handle. And that's before I even start to clean. This means when I am actually cleaning, I have to scrub very slowly and carefully, in an attempt to try keep the pad from falling completely off. I am unsure if its simply a bad design, or poor quality control in their manufacturing. I probably will not buy an refills.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am experiencing the same issues.. i have been a huge fan for 8 years, easily 8, now the spnge disintegrates off the disc after the first swish .. completely falls off the plastic disc ... i was hoping it was a bad batch the class two refills... code TW 20 124 03:13 D3... please correct the issue..

We recently ran out of our precovid purchases of the wand refills. Just bough a new pack and they are horrible! They haven't got enough soap to even clean one toilet and within less than 30 seconds the sponges are pulling off the want from the plastic piece glues onto the sponge. I'll try one more box when I run out of these (thank goodness I did not buy the bog double box and won't next time either). If they are still this flimsy and useless I'll have to find a replacement for cleaning. Back to Lysol toilet cleaner and the cleaning brush.

I like the cleaning effectiveness of this product, but wonder if you could make the head in more of a round, like tennis ball shape. I have a hard time cleaning effectively under the toilet rim. I continue to use this product because of the convenience and cleaning ability, but would love if the head was designed to go under the rim with more effectiveness. I would also like it to still fit the standard wand. I use these in my bathroom constantly and would recommend to everyone.

I have used this system for years but the last two boxes of refills fall apart as soon as they get wet. I've had to put on rubber gloves to retrieve several that have come off in the toilet. The plastic head is securely in the wand it is actually the cleaning head that is coming off the plastic mount. I thought I merely had a bad batch and bought two boxes recently. Unfortunately that seems to be the norm. The second box is going back and I'm looking for a new cleaner. I hate this because I loved this product but it is no longer the quality product it once was.

We have been using this product for at least 5years. In the last couple of months we feel like the quality of the product has decreased. We have had quite a few heads fall apart in a very short time. Had to use a second head to get the job done. Need better quality control.

I have been faithfully been using the Clorox Toilet Wand for years. Recently, the quality of the snap-on scrubbers has changed for the worse. Where I used to be able to use one scrubber partnered with some extra toilet bowl cleaner for multiple toilets, now I am lucky to get through the cleaning of one toilet before I am having to fish scrubber pieces out of the bowl. Horrible mistake to have cheapened the product! I would much rather pay more and keep the product they had before, than deal with the cheap product quality they have now. THEY HAVE MADE ME NOT A FAN after many, many years of being so.

I hate cleaning my toilet. I put it off as long as possible because using and storing a germy brush totally grosses me out. It is my absolute least favorite chore. Then I saw and tried the Clorox Wand System. I bought it and couldn't wait to try it. I love the clean, scrubbing disinfecting pad. It was easy to get on the wand. It quickly and easily scrubbed a very dirty toilet spotless - no elbow grease required. Then, the best part, the used scrubber simply popped off the wand unto my trash with the push of a button. Magic wand: dirt disappears with no more yuck. I love it! The storage container is a great idea, but I would appreciate a more securely closing cover, to make sure my pet doesn't get into it. It fits very loosely on top. Other than that, thanks for helping me to be able to stand my least favorite household chore.
