Our new coffee maker is wonderful, but the instructions to set it up were awful. We had to YouTube how to set the temperature and time the plate stays hot.

Lived up to its name. I read the reviews and was a little skeptical but took the plunge anyway. Great decision. Great coffee, whether it's brewed or k-cupped. Love how it tells you it's finished brewing.

Great coffee maker. Love the ability to brew a pot or have a cup. No more lines of people waiting when I have company. The timer feature works the treat, waking up to fresh coffee smells is wonderful

Had this unit for about three weeks. Love the carafe- no spill! Makes a great pot of coffee. The pod section is working well. Packed and shipped well. Really like the fact that I can order parts for it if needed. Great all around product so far.

Pros: fast brewing. Adjustable warming plate. Compact. Cons: lid to carafe needs to be removed to fill with water, doesn’t just flip-up like other brands I’ve had. When pouring, liquid runs backwards down carafe onto counter or floor. Big pain.

The coffee pot is great. The one cup is terrible. I returned 3 of these thinking they were broken. You have to poke around under the one cup to get it to work every time. This happened with all three that I returned.

We are happy with the machine. The coffee seems to taste better and be hotter than the coffee our previous coffeemaker produced. Our only complaint is the small capacity of the K-cup reservoir.

This is a great coffee maker! So much easier than the replaced one. I like that the water filters for the carafe and one cup are separate. The controls are on the front which make them easier to see when partially under a cabinet.

Only thing that I am not fan of is design of the carafe top. If not careful the carafe will not sit properly and coffee will overflow during brew cycle

Love the size. It fits on my counter without taking up too much space AND I get the convenience of having a coffee maker for company and a single serve just for myself. I can get a large cup of coffee that tastes delicious.
