This is a great, versatile coffee maker, making both pods and carafe. We’ve only had it for a month, but it works great so far. The only thing keeping it from 5 stars is the water supply. It’s very small. I think it only makes 3-4 cups using the pod.

I really love the flexibility of this 2 in 1 coffee maker. My husband wakes up earlier than me and can have one cup of coffee using our own pods. When I wake up I put up a pot. The main concern I've always complained about is that the warming plate is not unpainted stainless steel, so no matter how careful I am in wiping up any drips on it, it would always RUST and stop working. I resolved this issue by purchasing an aluminum disk, less than 1/16 inch thick to rest inside the warming plate area. It conducts heat perfectly and when it cools, I lift it out and clean it. The coffee pot slides over it (instead of the rusted plate). But I love the 2 in 1

I absolutely love my Cuisinart 2-in-1 Coffee Maker. I can use pods or fill in my own to make a 4 oz, 6 oz, 8 oz, or 12 oz cup. I can also use the carafe to make a pitcher of coffee. The best thing is that it does not have an internal water reservoir.

We had an older Cuisinart pod and brew coffee center and it finally served its time. We bought this through another third party and received it in two days. This Center is a step up from the previous model. It has a shelf for a shorter cup and a temperature control for the carafe. In addition, one can have the coffee brewed bold. It's sleek and looks good next to our expresso machine.

This machine makes my coffee taste better! It holds water in a storage are and cleans the water while it sits and waits for use. Prior to the purchase of this machine, my older machine required a large scoop of coffee per cup. This machine doesn’t require so much coffee to be used and produces better tasting coffee. A bag lasts longer now. I can also control the amount I want versus having to pre measure the amount each time. The carafe side also cleans the water prior to use. I can control the boldness and the amount of hours it stays on or keeps the coffee warm - up to 4 hours if needed. Most coffee pots only stay on for up to 1 hour. This machine has made a difference in my morning routine and I feel that it was a great purchase. Overall I am drinking better coffee that’s made faster with less hassle and lower cost of products used.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this because our last one died on us. This one is nice, but we have a few items we think could be improved. The water fill is in the back left corner and hard to reach for my wife who is 5’ 6” tall. She an average height female, but on our counter it is hard to reach the water storage area for single cup coffee. We also find it annoying that in order to fill my travel mug, I have to do two brews, one for 8 ounces and one for 6 ounces to fill my travel mug. The give you like 4 different fill sizes but 14 ounces isn’t one of them. Another nuisance is to fill my 14 ounce travel mug, I have to remove the two piece bottom cup stand in order to slide my travel mug under the k-cup dispenser, which is annoying. The little fold down shelf for a normal cup is great. We like the carafe brewing features that this coffee maker offers. We also like the looks of this machine. We do. Like it, just need to get used to dealing with some work-arounds.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This 2-in-1 Coffee Maker has some nice enhancement from the similar one I purchased in 2019. It still beeps 5 times when the carafe of coffee is finished brewing and after 2 hours from brewing. However, the beeping is not as loud and annoying from the last model. A new feature I enjoy using is the cold brew function. It brews the coffee, both carafe and pod, stronger so it won't be weak over ice. Save on buying cold brew coffee from the stores. Also, I like the additional brewing sizes for the pod coffee, 4, 6, 8 and 10. Personally, I like that the pod and carafe switch sides from the previous model, and this model is slightly more narrow which gives a bit more space on the counter.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Makes a good tasting cup of coffee downside, after brewing only a few (less than 10) cups of coffee from pods, it blew grounds everywhere and displayed an error code. Husband cleaned it up inside the pod brewer and ran some water thru. Now if we brew by pod we follow up with a plain water wash out brew. Somewhat inconvenient to have to tip open carafe water compartment. It's too tall or our upper cabinets are too low, either way we have to slide out to the edge of the counter to use. The lid for the glass pot doesn't open like other brands. This one snaps on at the back

Makes great coffee, both brewed and Keurig. One bad feature is that you have to set it to bold every time you do a brew and there’s no way to set it to bold for a timed brew in the future. If you want it bold you should be able to get it bold every time you do a brew. Need to fix this.
