[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The alliance makes good coffee. The display is very easy to see even in low light conditions. The controls once you have used them for a while become intuitive. The only thing that I would recommend changing is the lid for the carafe. It is a snap on lid. I personally think a hinged lid would be easier to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this coffeemaker two weeks ago and after three days it began to leak water. This is our 4th Cuisinart coffeemaker. The first unit that we purchased also had a leak which Cuisinart replaced with no issues. Our second and third units were fine and just wore out after a few years. The store replaced the 4th unit and we hope we will have no further issues. We like this unit because it is the only 2-in-1 unit on the market.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would definitely buy again. The option of 1-cup vs a carafe is wonderful. The looks and value of the Cuisinart is unsurpassable. Not many coffee pots come in white anymore (my pick). That was a plus. its pretty enough to leave out on the countertop . So many features too--iced coffee, 4,6,8,10 oz pods!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my first Cuisinart 2 in 1 in October and had trouble with the pod portion in June so returned it for the same model. I have had the replacement for a few weeks and have already had trouble again with the pod portion. I occasionally have a cupful of grounds. It’s not every day but I can’t figure out what the problem is. Pretty disappointing!

One issue - I use a 20oz Yeti everyday and the single brew side will not brew directly into the yeti surprised I had to develope a work around for this shortcoming. Even with that I elected to keep the unit and have really enjoyed it.

Our 10yr coffeemaker, Cuisinart, died. We looked at different brands and types. We kept coming back to the dual one. It makes a full pot and single serving. I'm still learning how to use it but keep wondering if I made a mistake. It brews ok but I keep getting grounds in the pot. I can't seem to get the "bold" to come on or lengthen the thing that extends the warming part timing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Makes a good tasting cup of coffee downside, after brewing only a few (less than 10) cups of coffee from pods, it blew grounds everywhere and displayed an error code. Husband cleaned it up inside the pod brewer and ran some water thru. Now if we brew by pod we follow up with a plain water wash out brew. Somewhat inconvenient to have to tip open carafe water compartment. It's too tall or our upper cabinets are too low, either way we have to slide out to the edge of the counter to use. The lid for the glass pot doesn't open like other brands. This one snaps on at the back

Easy to set up and use. I got rid of 2 seperate coffee makers and now have it combined into one. Takes up the perfect amount of space. I am very happy with this coffee maker. I have been using Cuisinart appliances for a long time and they are very dependable. I love their extended warranty as well.

Coffee maker is good. However, the single cup coffee maker sprays the coffee into the cup and all over the counter. I have to clean after each cup of single serve coffee. I called cuisinart and they said to try to use the clean function but that did nothing.
