Everything we were looking for in a coffee maker product. Had 2 Keurigs that we had to replace because of defects and finally gave up and switched to Cuisinart.

More cons than pros. Expensive for what you get. Glorified coffee maker for kcup & pot. Confusing set up with too many buttons for the functions. Doesn’t let you keep a pot warm all day.

I returned the coffee maker because I had to push the buttons 10-20 times to get the coffee maker to work. The last pot I made was full of grounds. I went back to my old cuisinart which has a metal pot and easy buttons to use.

This coffee maker is smaller than my old one. So, it saves you space. It has a water purifier in the both reservoirs. Makes coffee pretty fast. The only thing I dont like is the cafe lid. You cant flip it up to put water in it.

We had our coffee maker for less than 2 weeks when it started smoking after completing a cycle making coffee. Had to immediately unplug it to keep from an electrical fire. Won’t be buying another one.

I’ve happily owned several Cuisinart appliances. I needed to increase my counter workspace and 2 and 1 worked out quite well towards that end. As always product is pleasing to the eye and works well!

We are very pleased with our new Cuisinart SS-16 2-in-1 Coffee Maker. It takes up about 7 inches less counter space over having 2 individual coffee units and works great!

Walmart was a $100 cheaper for the exact same coffee maker, great coffee maker, I love the idea of being able to make a single cup or a full pot in the same appliance. Great idea.

Cuisinart has been my preferred coffee maker brand for over 20 years. I only upgraded to this style for the additional features it offers. I am really pleased with the various coffee making options all in one coffee maker.
