I love that this can replace the keurig and the pour over coffee maker that we currently have in the kitchen! It's a lot smaller than I thought it would be which makes it a great space saver. It definitely has a very attractive design. The initial setup was easy. It's not as intuitive as far as the programming goes, but the manual is very easy to understand. I love that you can set different temperatures for the warming plate. We typically use the low setting so that we can drink it as soon as it's poured instead of having to wait for it to cool down. I have two minor complaints with this product. One being that it makes a constant electronic humming noise. It's not super loud if you're across the room, but if you're standing next to the maker it's obvious. Not a huge complaint but kind of an annoyance if you're sensitive to sounds. My other complaint is the lip on the carafe doesn't allow you to completely empty it. Overall though, I do really like this coffeemaker. The pros outweigh the cons and I would still recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I drink coffee everyday but typically used a pod machine at work. I needed something for home use. This is a convenient product because you can make drip coffee and use k-cups (disposable or reusable). It requires a little bit of work to set up since it is a double use machine but it was easy following the directions. I like that you can program it to start your coffee at a set time and you can also make over ice coffee with either the drip side or k cup side. I took off 1 star because the reusable filter it comes with did not sift my ground coffee very well. This was easily remedied using a paper filter. It is also a little hard to pour the water from the carafe into the reservoir due to the bulk of the carafe.

This 2-in-1 coffee maker gets a thumbs up for making both hot and iced coffee. Simple and easy to use, the pod-fill choices for 4, 6, 8, 10, and 12 ounces, along with its sleek size and appearance. However, opinions vary on ease of use, quality, and speed, making it a mixed bag in those aspects. It is leak-free and make delicious coffe. This is a must have in the life! Highly recommend!

I used to have a coffeemaker with a pot several years ago, but I'm the only one in the house who drinks coffee and it just didn't make a lot of sense. I'm also not a big fan of the pod coffee waste, so for several years I've been making coffee using a pour-over. But we are about to have a baby and expecting, A, to drink more coffee, and B, family and guests to be over more often, so I was looking for a more convenient way to brew for both myself and guests. And this coffeemaker fit the bill perfectly! It has a bunch of convenient features (adjust strength, multiple sizes for single serve, brew over ice, etc), but isn't overloaded with a bunch of stuff I don't need. It also came with it a reusable filter cup for the single serve side, which is awesome! I can still use the grounds I prefer and don't have as much waste. It is pretty compact for what all it offers and the stainless steel and black also looks really nice on the counter. The shelf for shorter mugs is also very helpful and means less coffee splashes on the counter/coffeemaker. So far I have no complaints about this coffeemaker and have been very pleased with the coffee it makes. Definitely recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Makes great coffee. You can use the carafe side to make a pot of coffee, and you can choose over ice or bold flavor settings. I prefer ice coffee so that is a big plus for me. The other side you can use your favorite pods or a refillable pod of your favorite coffee. Each side has its own water tank . You can also set the timer for when you want your brew to start and it has a automatic off feature so you don't have to worry about it staying on if you don't want it to. It even has carbon filters for each water tank so you get the best tasting brew each time. I definitely recommend this machine to anyone who loves a good cup of coffee.

I love being able to make both hot and iced coffee too! I even use this coffeemaker to make my hot tea if I want to change up my coffee for the day! I would recommend this product compared to my older coffeemaker.

I could not get the pod side of the machine to work when I bought it. I followed the startup instructions. Took it back and got a replacement. Had the same problem. Found a video on utube addressing the problem. There is a little black button in the pod chamber. After making sure that this button works properly after pushing on it a couple of times, the problem wad solved. Maybe Cuisinart should address this problem. Wonder how many of these machines have been returned as defective

I typically only use a one-cup coffee maker, but having the option to either do one cup or a whole pot has really come in handy. I also like the the program feature, which I had never had before. It's nice waking up and already having a pot of coffee waiting for you! I've seen other reviews that had trouble with the pod side of the pot, but I found that you have to open the pod side and put a pod in before the pod button will light up. Overall this is a great addition to my coffee nook!

I have been using a single cup espresso machine for such a long time, I really had no idea what I was missing. The ability to just brew, one quick, hot cup coffee, or have the larger carafe is so amazing. Now that my son has started going to preschool, I can time my coffee in the morning, so I don’t waste time doing espresso machine like I did before. Then when I have family in town, and everyone wants a cup of coffee, it doesn’t take forever and stays warm. Love it love it love it!!
