It is quiet and I love that there are so many different options, from hot to iced coffee, from a full pot to a single cup! The machine is quiet and has auto-start and auto-off features, which are very convenient. Have not had it long so can't speak to its durability, but I am pleased with its performance so far and would recommend this product.

I'm a Nespresso drinker so the mechanics of this was a little too much. There were too many pieces and options for settings, although it was nice that all the accessories were included! It took me a couple days to get past the learning curve. The reusable pod filters will save me money and it's nice knowing that when people come over I can make one big pot of coffee instead of using a bunch of pods. The one feature I won't be using is the over ice setting. By the time the coffee finished pouring into my cup, the ice melted significantly and changed the taste of the coffee. Also, I couldn't tell how much of a difference the carbon filters made since I always use filtered water to make my coffee... All in all, it's a great product to try if you're already using k-pods or a coffee pot and it looks beautiful on the countertop!

The carafe is big enough when we have more people to serve, but the option of being able to make one cup at a time is a luxury! I grind whole beans for my coffee and this unit makes a great tasting cup of coffee! I really appreciate that it comes with a reusable filter for each side eliminating the need to purchase paper filters! With its sleek modern design, it looks great on my countertop. So happy to have the opportunity to try this product. Overall I rate it an A+!

I love iced coffee and being able to brew iced and hot coffee is amazing! It allows me to set it up to make it automatically or brew instantly. It is small and compact so it doesn’t take up much counter space. By far my favorite coffee maker!

You don't have to have multiple appliances for all these things! It works well--the pot side makes a great cup of coffee, and the pod side works great--it even has a little shelf for a mug that can flip up for making a tall travel mug of iced or regular coffee. The timer setting is also great--we like to set a timer and have a pot of coffee ready upon arising. I cannot say enough good things about this coffee maker!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted so badly to love this coffeemaker. It’s beautiful and by a great brand, but I could never get it to work with my lifestyle. I could never get it to make a pot of coffee that tasted good. Since the carafe is glass and not insulated, the coffee was most often cold by the time I was ready for a cup. I don’t like how you can’t remove the water container and have to pour water in. Probably a minuscule downfall, but I keep the coffeemaker under my cabinets and I always spill water all over the counter.

I love that one machine can make both a pot of coffee or a single cup. I use the pod function for just me, or a cup of hot chocolate for my daughter, and I set the automatic-brew timer to wake up with 6 cups every morning. It’s a versatile, multifunctional rock star and meets all of my coffee making needs. It’s also easy to set up and go with straightforward directions. I appreciate the fold down tray for use with a standard mug and the ability to fit a travel mug into the single serve spot. The charcoal filters keep my coffee tasting the best without using a filtered pitcher and losing more counter space. I used another brand for single serve pods and had to refill the water each time. The water reserves in the Cuisinart are large and convenient. I’d definitely recommend this coffee maker to anyone looking for convenience, style, and more counter space savings.
