I love that I have the option for single cup or multiple cups. Much more affordable than the other brand. I highly recommend this one.

The pod brewer will not melt the chocolate in "Cafe Escapes Cafe Mocha" pod. The pod is a Keurig compatible brand by Green Mountain.

Issues with the lid when pouring. We had the same coffee pot before with a smaller cusinart machine and had no issues

Makes wonderful coffee. I use a kitchen scale to measure the beans for consistency from day to day.
