JUNK DO NOT BUY

Junk. Bought first one. Almost started on fire. Started smoking. Figured may have been a bad one out of the bunch. Returned it for another. Second one, the full pot side didnt even work new from the box. Returning for a refund.

Just okay

I purchased this coffee maker in white . That was a huge mistake . The machine is difficult to clean . In addition, the machine doesn't keep the carafe warm.

Terrible

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE Bought this machine new. Since then they have had to replace it 6 times……… Continuously with the SAME error code

Not great

I bought this unit in December and it failed in May. The pod side works great but the carafe does not...will not heat at all. The unit is very attractive but it is going for return today.

Great Coffee Center for Awhile

We recived this in September 2025 and have enjoyed it everyday! Three days ago it stopped working. The lights indicated it was on, but no coffee came forth. We are saddened by this and want it fixed, if possible. What to do?

Was a Cuisinart Fan, but.....

Did not even make it to three months. Carafe side stopped working. Purchased this to have a replacement. Took it out of the box after our last one stopped working after three years.

Purchased this coffee marker in March 2025 the carafe brew button side stopped working in August. I sat on hold several times with Cuisinart but never could speak with anyone to help. Terrible coffee maker for the price.

Stopped working

I have the same problem. My machine quit working while brewing a pot of coffee and now won’t work at all. The single serve still works. I bought this about 2 months ago.

Won't last

This is the second one in two years,first one lasted 3 years this not even a year followed instructions to descaling every month still failed would not purchase another one willing to buy another brand
