POD does not work.

The POD quit working after the first "clean". I followed the instructions, and the POD light does not come on, or work. Has anyone else had this issue?

We are on our second unit and both both of them. The K cups exploded within the first 3 cups of making coffee. We cleaned everything up and did it again in the same issue occurred. We do not want to keep this unit.

Do not purchase

Do not purchase this or anything from this brand. My first one broke down before the warrantee was up. They kindly replaced it but the second one broke within 10 months. This company refuses to help now so I'm done with Cuisinart.

This unit has some great features but unfortunately after about 6 months, the carafe heater stopped working and the POD fill got less and less. I'm very disappointed.

Just okay

I purchased this coffee maker in white . That was a huge mistake . The machine is difficult to clean . In addition, the machine doesn't keep the carafe warm.

JUNK DO NOT BUY

Junk. Bought first one. Almost started on fire. Started smoking. Figured may have been a bad one out of the bunch. Returned it for another. Second one, the full pot side didnt even work new from the box. Returning for a refund.

Worse ever

The worse coffee maker ever! Coffee brews sometimes and when it does you have a pot full of coffee grounds! The pod may work one minute but not the next so depending on in this garbage to work!!!

Worked great for a while.

Worked for a while. Carafe spilled when i poured it so we purchased a compatible one that worked. Then one morning it decided it was not going to work anymore.
