The coffee maker is very good. The directions not so much. When it was new, I simply followed the directions and the unit did not work. To the point I was ready to return it to the store. The instructions miss a simple step!

Our new coffee maker is wonderful, but the instructions to set it up were awful. We had to YouTube how to set the temperature and time the plate stays hot.

Dual coffeemaker is extremely easy to set up and use. No problems out of the box. My only issue is refilling the carafe water tank. There is a large support hinge for the lid directly in the middle, and I feel it could have better placement.

It’s missing the no drip feature, which is important very messy. The coffee goes everywhere when you go to pour not sure about this. I’m having buyers remorse..

The Single serve has more serving size choices than the old model we have and it dispenses coffee quicker than the Keurig model we used for a few months

When making coffee with this unit, using standard grocery store coffee at the rate of 1TBSPN grounds per cup or coffee, the paper filter will overflow and grounds and scum enter into coffee pot.

Almost 2 months and LOVE how I can have my pot of coffee while hubby enjoys his pod! Only 4 stars as the display isn't back-lit as shown on the box. Not a huge concern, but does make it a little difficult when choosing size for pod use.

I really like using my double coffee maker. It’s perfect when we have company and when it’s only us we use the pods. It’s easy to use and very efficient.

Carafe Temp button didn't work until I just unplugged the unit to get the Serial #/Date Code from the plug, and then plugged it back in. The L, M, H now show faintly in the window to the left of the time. Hope it now functions as intended.
