[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The k cup option does not work. The button won't light up and won't allow me to select the size or brew any k cups.

This is by far best coffee maker we’ve ever had, love the simplicity and setting, anyone who doesn’t rate this at least 4 stars is just wanting to complain

I love my 2-in-1 coffee maker! Not only is the machine pretty, but coffee brews fast and the temperature stays hot. I also enjoy the pod adjustable oz feature.

The Coffee Center brings out more flavor from the coffee I use. Versus the old machine I was using. The single brew is great a cup of coffee start to finish is about 2 minutes.

The single cup side of the machine is wonderful, however, we have yet to get the ‘carafe’ side of the machine to produce one drop of coffee! We have conducted all troubleshooting recommendations, to no avail. Very disappointed.

The first coffeemaker wouldn't brew. The second coffeemaker took repeated pressing of the brew button, then drained water on my counter after the brew cycle finished. Yuck!! No more! This model definitely has problems!!

Very disappointing. Pod half does not work. Tried many times to get it to work with both K-Cups and refillable pods. Followed instructions in provided manual and even used tutorials found on YouTube without success.

Overall I am happy with how the unit performs. I would like the option of BOLD brew for the pod side. The unit is a little difficult to clean and get dry..

Bought two of these coffee machines had to send back single serve did not work and machines leak water. I’m a Cuisinart customer for many years my last cuisinart coffee machine was twenty years old that’s way I bought this one no luck.

Really like the coffee maker. I like that I can make 1 cup of coffee. I've used the one cup several times. The carafe is very nice. Keeps the coffee warm. I like the auto setting. It's nice to wake up and have a fresh cup of coffee.
