We have tried numerous brands of coffeemakers and have not been truly satisfied until we bought this one! We love that it takes pods as well as coffee by the pot and has the great over ice feature.

Pod option NEVER worked and EVERY pot had grounds in it even though I was using provided scoop and 1/2 the "max" allowed amt of grounds (causing for very weak coffee as well) - Returned asap and went back to a Ninja

Great coffeemaker that provides many options. I especially like the fold down shelf on the single cup side for my smaller cups. And being able to brew over ice is a game changer. Brewing a 12 cup carafe is so much faster than my old unit.

We recently replaced our old Cuisinart coffee maker with the Coffee Center® 2-IN-1 Coffeemaker. It has can brews excellent single cups using both k-cups or ground, as well as a full a carafe of coffee.

The carafe brew process is straightforward. The individual serving is more difficult to operate. The instructions are clear as mud for this and for the installation of the charcoal filters.

So far everything is very good. The coffee is very hot even on the medium setting. I haven't used the single cup option yet, nor the iced coffee so I can't speak to that, but I'm optimistic based on my overall experience.

I like the coffee maker. Pod option initially did not work, called customer service, let me wait, but they were able to tell me what to do. Seems the pod button inside the machine had not been set at the factory

Nice product. Bought specifically bc of combo carafe and kcup. Love it but I’m having trouble figuring out the right coffee amount to avoid coffee grounds in the 12 cup pot.

2-IN -1 Coffeemaker does an excellent job. Single cup or brew a pot both options work great! It is well made and goes well with out kitchen. Far superior to other brands out there. A true total package for your coffee needs!! We highly recommend it!
