Pod brew broken on receipt, warranty replacement but took forever. I couldve had coffee the time we had to wait for the replacement (since carafe side worked), but they made me cut the cord before they'd send a new one. Miserable 2 weeks.

This is my third Cuisinart coffee maker. I didn’t do any comparison shopping when it was time for a replacement-I knew I’d be happy with the features and quality, and I am.

Love it. My wife always complains that my coffee is too strong. Now she can brew her own with the single serve and I can enjoy rich, flavorful coffee.

This is a great product. We had the earlier version, without the pop mode, for many years and it was a workhorse. The new one gives us the one-cup option which is fantastic. Love your products. Looks great too.

I found the coffee maker to work perfectly. It makes hot strong coffee and keeps it hot. Very easy to make a single cup. Have not tried the ice coffee portion yet (it's winter) but looking forward to it.

Bought as a replacement for our old Cuisinart coffee maker. This new Cuisinart has a beautiful design, makes great coffee and looks great on our counter.

Great appliance for that extra cup of coffee.I love this combination because there are mornings when you need just one more cup and not a whole pot. Or at night when you want one cup of decaf coffee.

Only thing that I am not fan of is design of the carafe top. If not careful the carafe will not sit properly and coffee will overflow during brew cycle

Great coffee maker, easy to use, love that it’s a cone-filter as these provide a better and more consistent brew. However, the “bold” function doesn’t really brew a bolder coffee and the carafe leaks terribly when pouring.
