A very nice gooseneck tea kettle. I find the controls self explanatory and it is easy to use. Quickly gets my water to my desired temp and pours very smoothly.

Son had one in his apartment and my wife liked using it so purchased one for home. Incredibly fast and convenient for daily tea and can also be taken on trips in hotels.

Wonderful kettle. Have one in the kitchen, one in my office, and just bought a third for another home. They're pour-over magic... perfect temp w. a real-time digital and a beep to tell me when it's time to pour.

I don't usually write reviews, but I made it a point to for this product. My main gripe? It stopped working after 3 months of SPORADIC use. My husband gifted this to me for mother's day and we have used it maybe twice a week since then. It completely died on July 27th. Followed all care instructions, and tips provided in the booklet. Base will only display an error message and the entire unit will not work. Absolute waste of money.

lots of loud smoke detector like beeping from this kettle when it turns on and when the water is ready. There is no way to turn it off.

This is a quality product. The kettle is well designed and constructed. It holds constant temperature for that second cup. It's easy to clean.

The kettle does its job: it's a gooseneck kettle with temperature controls and a keep-warm option, so that's nice. But there are some design flaws that have gotten frustrating after a year of ownership of a rather expensive piece of equipment. - Touch sensor buttons are not a good choice for a kitchen appliance. It's also not super intuitive. I don't have a problem turning it on and setting to the desired temperature, since I read the manual. But I have to instruct guests how to use it because it's not apparent without guidance. - The way the lid is designed funnels all the steam out at an angle, so you need to line it up correctly when you pour or else the steam will vent on your hands when you pour. There's an arrow on the lid indicating how to align it, but it's faded over the year that I've had this kettle. - The kettle wobbles in the base.
