First, I much mention I spent weeks reading reviews and testing mattresses at well-known mattress firms looking at everything from $500 to $5000 (review is for King size mattress). Cost is not relevant, I'm 60 years old and want a good night's sleep without waking up feeling like I was hit by a car every morning. I was prepared to spill $5000 if necessary. Your body weight and sleep position have everything to do with the correct mattress for you. I am a side sleeper, 5'10" and weigh 185. Wifey is 5'4 weight 130 and also sleeps on her side and back. I am prone to hip bursitis (mainly from side sleeping), low back stiffness and sciatic pain when I lift and carry heavy things or have a strenuous day. I have also had a hip replacement two years ago. We had a 14" memory foam mattress with about 6" of varying layers of memory foam top on top of 8" dense foam. I began waking up every day feeling sore back, hips, shoulder, legs and feet so we decided it may be time for a mattress change rather than give into the fact that I'm old and this was normal. Everything I researched says my body size/weight needed inner spring support (hybrid mattress) with plush top. Thanks to the person who left a review thanking all the people who said this mattress is too soft. IT IS JUST RIGHT FOR A SIDE SLEEPER MY SIZE. I feel it is on the softer (plush) side and wife feels this way too. So far, the mattress has changed my life. I sleep all night in the same position and wake up without the aches and pains given by my old mattress. I used to wake and toss sides every couple of hours because of shoulder or hip pressure pain or numbness. I can now sleep on my hip replacement side for hours. The mattress also is very stable and does not wake the wife when I sometimes get up several times a night to use the bathroom. I use an adjustable bed frame and this 12" hybrid mattress conforms a lot better to the adjustable bed frame over the old foam-based mattress. BTW, I highly recommend an adjustable bed or anyone. Adjustable bed frames make reading, watching TV or just resting the bones a pleasure. We always sleep with our heads elevated slightly. I could not go back to flat mattress and dread sleeping in hotels for that reason alone. Check out Amazon, they are cheaper than you think. This mattress may not be good for people 200+lbs. But I do know this mattress is RIGHT for me NOW and hope it lasts 5 years. It is worth every penny and no need to spend $4500. I'll buy a new one every year if needed. Also, my smell senses are very keen and I have no idea how people think this mattress smells. If I had to guess, these reviews are fake from much higher priced mattress manufacturers. This review is real, I'm real and my wife approves of every word. King size mattress was purchased from Sam's on DeZavala in San Antonio, Texas. The box is heavy, get a friend to help.

This is probably the worst mattress I've ever had. It has zero support and if you're a stomach sleeper then your spine will absolutely not like you. I wake up with back pain nearly everyday. It lost ANY and ALL support within 6 months of purchase. Buy a different mattress.

Purchased this mattress on 11/12 and till this day 12/6 there has been a very strong plastic smell. The scent radiates off this mattress and has filled the entire room with it. I have tried to leave the windows open with fans in the room for 3 days now and no luck. I’ve also tried carpet cleaner powder and no luck. I’ve washed the removable covers twice and this smell does not want to go away. Haven’t been able to sleep on this mattress due to the strong scent it can’t stop to be releasing. Do not recommend.

This mattress is not medium firm! It is way too soft. Caused the worst lower back pain that almost had me crippled. This thing went back to the store. Return process was a nightmare because it was a huge king size. They couldn't get it through the door! Had to open the side panels of the door. So embarrassing!! Do not buy this in the store because if you want to return it then it is up to you to get it back to the store. I brought it home in a box in my small SUV. I had to borrow a truck to return it. Ugh

Oh My God. Words can’t describe how good of a mattress this is. I bought this for my house at school just looking for a cheap little mattress. I put my bed together. I was tired exhausted from doing all that handy Mandy and I laid my head on my pillow after I sink into that bed I don’t even remember falling asleep. It was a magical experience. Even better than laying on a cloud but we’ll see how long it lasts. I’ll keep you guys posted.

This mattress is way too soft. It deformed after just two months of use. Now it has a slope on one side. I contacted customer service thru chat and they said someone would reach out to me with in three days but no body reached out to me. I am long time Sams club customer. Used to spend thousands (which reduced by a lot when they started charging shipping for plus members). Very disappointed.

Wife and i were in the market for a new king size bed. Went and felt a $2,500 king hybrid ortho firm bed at one of our local mattress shops. My Wife loved it, and i hated the price tag. But at the last second before i purchased the bed she wanted she had a change if heart. So I took a picture of the bed she wanted, and found this hybrid bed that checked all the boxes for $500 at Sams. Holy momma, i cant tell the difference when laying on it, we absolutly love this bed. The firmness is perfect for us. The hybrid is so cool because of the little coils. When any of us move around in bed we can't feel the bed move, its so cool because of the little coils. We went from a plush king size to a firm hybrid and i don't think we'll ever buy anything other then something like this. We've only had it a few days now, but it seriously awesome. We wake up feeling wonderful as apposed to our plush bed where we would wake up aching all over our body. The box it comes in weighs over 100 pounds, i had to borrow my neighbors dolly to get the bed into the room. From there unboxing it and throwing away the trash was fairly simple. I was expecting the matress to have a weird plastic stench, but it has a pleasent clean/fresh scent almost like a new car scent. Its not harsh at all. I was also expecting to open the bed and have to wait a few days to let it fully stretch out or completely mold into itself. But i did none if that, i opened it up, put a sheet over it, and we slept on it a few hours later. I would recommend visiting your local mattress shop, finding a bed that feels good to you, then checking sams beds for something similiar. As you could imagine its a gamble because you havent laid on the bed you spent good money on from sams. But hot dang, we're glad we took the gamble and purchased this king hybrid bed. Wife and i would highly recommend this Members Mark King size hybrid firm bed. Good luck to you all.

I set a reminder on my phone to review this after having it a year. I went from a traditional mattress + box spring on a simple frame to this hybrid mattress on a zinus smart base, so that was quite a change. I have now been sleeping on it for a little over a year. I was used to sleeping on a pretty firm mattress for most my life but found as I've aged that I was waking up with sore shoulders and hips. I'm a side sleeper. This is much softer than I had but I don't find that bad. You sink in a little bit but you don't have a you-shaped impression in the bed like I've experienced on a straight memory foam mattress. That being said, it's a little more effort to roll over in bed. One thing I was looking for and got in this mattress was less transfer of motion when my partner gets in or out of bed. The traditional mattress had quite a lot of movement that could be very disruptive. I debated for a long time between the hybrid and full memory foam with being unsure if the motion would be a lot better with the memory foam. I really wanted the extra support of the hybrid so I was pleased at lack of motion transfer. I am overall happy with this bed and would recommend to anyone that does need a bit softer on the pressure points.

So, I just bought this mattress for a roommate who is coming to live with me tomorrow for a few months. The mattress arrived 3 days ago, so I had to try it out myself. I'm not going to lie, I was skeptical at first when I went to lay down because it felt soft and I'm a firm bed person! However, when I sat up in it and was propped up by my back rest pillow, I quickly fell into this deep sleep sitting up while I was watching TV. I woke up at 4:00 AM and was extremely surprised to see the lights and TV on. I never fall asleep sitting up. I just felt so comfortable and so tired that I fell asleep where I was. So, after I woke up, I put my back rest pillow on the floor and put my head on the pillow and fell back into this extremely deep comfortable sleep and did not get up once to go to the bathroom! That is very rare for me to do that. The mattress molds to your body, doesn't smother you, is cool and feels soft, yet it's firm! (JUST RIGHT)! It feels so right that I don't want to get out of bed in the mornings. I just want to keep hitting snooze! Hahaha! Most importantly, I am 46 years old and have lower back problems, especially when I get up in the morning. Well, it must have been my old mattress because I easily got up from this new mattress (due to the way they make the outside rim of the mattress) and right onto my feet and had absolutely NO back pain! I felt refreshed and felt like I had a great nights rest. I am truly amazed! I have been sleeping in it for the past 3 nights now and I have to give it up tomorrow night:( I was so bummed about having to give it up, that I had to order a Queen size "Member's Mark Hotel Premier Collection 12" Hybrid Mattress" for my bed! Haha! I am super excited about it and I am super excited for my new roommate to try it out and see what she thinks about the mattress;) It is a great quality mattress and you can't beat the price for that kind of quality! 5 STARS!! Worth every penny!

Don't let the fact that it's not a name brand turn you off. This is a great mattress. Our last mattress was an expensive name brand mattress and was never as comfortable and supportive as this one! Member's Mark hit the MARK with this mattress. The top is soft and cozy but the bottom is super supportive!
