Bought this for our son who just got an appt at school. He loves it- says it was easy to set up and is very comfortable.

My wife and I love this mattress. It’s super soft and a dream to sleep on. We had it shipped right to us and the packing was solid. This mattress is such a great value. I would recommend it to anyone.

We used our trailer for our own pick up. Box was easy to move into home. Mattress exactly what we wanted & hoped it would be. Used Sam's because of their mattress refund policy (just in case).....NO return from this buyer! Quality & Comfort.

Wanted to like for the price. Mattress was all gel foam and not enough structure for our needs. Returned. Return was easy and Sam's setup pickup at my convenience.

best choice....was looking at Nectar and Dreamcloud mattresses for months and decided to go with this one. Firmness is great for back support and side sleepers. better than my tempurpedic. great buy!

I was not sure how I would feel about a bed I wasn’t able feel try in-store. The first night was not the best, but I don’t think I gave the bed enough time to set, it was a little too soft. The second night - wow. I was impressed with the comfort. The bed is soft but not too soft, and the springiness is great. It formed up nicely and is very comfortable. I recommend this bed.

We were looking for a plush hybrid mattress and came across this "medium firm" one. I read the reviews that it's actually soft so we decided to try it. My opinion is that this mattress is both. It has a very soft top layer with a very supportive foundation. It's perfect for us, both side and back sleepers. I feel that it's the perfect mattress if you're having trouble with pressure points at your hips and shoulders. I would've never considered this mattress with a medium firm description but thanks to the negative reviews I changed my mind.

I set a reminder on my phone to review this after having it a year. I went from a traditional mattress + box spring on a simple frame to this hybrid mattress on a zinus smart base, so that was quite a change. I have now been sleeping on it for a little over a year. I was used to sleeping on a pretty firm mattress for most my life but found as I've aged that I was waking up with sore shoulders and hips. I'm a side sleeper. This is much softer than I had but I don't find that bad. You sink in a little bit but you don't have a you-shaped impression in the bed like I've experienced on a straight memory foam mattress. That being said, it's a little more effort to roll over in bed. One thing I was looking for and got in this mattress was less transfer of motion when my partner gets in or out of bed. The traditional mattress had quite a lot of movement that could be very disruptive. I debated for a long time between the hybrid and full memory foam with being unsure if the motion would be a lot better with the memory foam. I really wanted the extra support of the hybrid so I was pleased at lack of motion transfer. I am overall happy with this bed and would recommend to anyone that does need a bit softer on the pressure points.

This mattress checked all the boxes. It is the first mattress we have bought from Sam's. The quality seems good but we have been sleeping on it now for a few months and it is definitely too soft. NOT the medium-firm it says. I'll be looking to return this one and might need to look at an actual mattress store.
