Wish I could get my money back! Slept one night and my back hurt so bad! Husband sleeps on couch because it hurts him so bad. We are not big people either! Needs to be marked Soft !

Terrible mattress! Do not buy! Is not firm. We've used it for 8 months & it's starting to squish out like a pancake. It has a chemical odor that has never gone away. I can sometimes feel little stabs like fiberglass. It's awful!

Had this mattress for about 4 months now and I'm already looking for a replacement. I toss and turn all night and have horrible back pain now. This mattress offers zero support.

Gave it a little over a year. At first it was great. Slept like a baby. After 6 months back problems started. Now if I don't sleep with pillows under my body for stability, I sink and wake up stiff with severe problems moving. Never again.

This is the worst matress I have ever tried to sleep on I wake up thru the night hurting and trying to reposission to not hurt. Should be listed as very soft not medium firm. Trying to find a new matress.

This mattress is what we needed. We needed a twin sized guest bed that would make our guests feel treasured. The mattress is supportive and resilient. It sleeps like it is actually a larger sized bed.

I've had this mattress for FIVE months and it's horrible. I wish I would have kept tge box to return it but I didn't. It's too side and hurts my back, and arms. Avoid this mattress!!!

Surprisingly easy to set up, and exceeds quality expectations. Matches the quality and feel of more expensive mattresses we saw at a mattress store. Arrived ahead of delivery estimate.

Overall this mattress is good. It is softer than you would expect. The only issue we have had is that the memory foam on top of the springs doesn’t seem very sturdy. Seems a little too heavy. You can feel the coils, but we just put a mattress topper on top (though it has a harder time staying in place than on our old mattress.)

We ordered 3 of these online, a twin and two twin XL. After reading several reviews that the ‘medium' firmness was too soft, we ordered all 3 in ‘firm'. Our pre-teens are happy and say it's the best sleep they've had. I would call it a medium/firm, so it's not rock hard or anything. It still has give and is comfortable, and while I personally might like it a bit softer, I'm hoping this holds up longer with the firmness. The length and width are correct on the sizes and fully fill the bed frames.
