I bought two and both had perfect packaging but bent and dented panels.   That means they were dented at the factory and then placed in the packaging anyway. 

I had them each half assembled before finding the damaged parts and since theyre going into my garage it just left it that way. 

would not recommend if the looks matter to you.

Two arrived damaged

Assembling the cabinet was tedious but not difficult. The parts are organized and numbered as referenced in the instructions. It's a very good cabinet and perfect for my garage storage needs. The wheels are heavy duty and very convenient. This storage cabinet is a bargain at Sam's price.
