Arrived in a box need a couple people to assist. Once out immediately puffs up to this wonderful product. Very comfortable

best choice....was looking at Nectar and Dreamcloud mattresses for months and decided to go with this one. Firmness is great for back support and side sleepers. better than my tempurpedic. great buy!

We were looking for a plush hybrid mattress and came across this "medium firm" one. I read the reviews that it's actually soft so we decided to try it. My opinion is that this mattress is both. It has a very soft top layer with a very supportive foundation. It's perfect for us, both side and back sleepers. I feel that it's the perfect mattress if you're having trouble with pressure points at your hips and shoulders. I would've never considered this mattress with a medium firm description but thanks to the negative reviews I changed my mind.

This mattress checked all the boxes. It is the first mattress we have bought from Sam's. The quality seems good but we have been sleeping on it now for a few months and it is definitely too soft. NOT the medium-firm it says. I'll be looking to return this one and might need to look at an actual mattress store.

We ordered 3 of these online, a twin and two twin XL. After reading several reviews that the ‘medium' firmness was too soft, we ordered all 3 in ‘firm'. Our pre-teens are happy and say it's the best sleep they've had. I would call it a medium/firm, so it's not rock hard or anything. It still has give and is comfortable, and while I personally might like it a bit softer, I'm hoping this holds up longer with the firmness. The length and width are correct on the sizes and fully fill the bed frames.

I bought this for my teen. He LOVES it. He said he is having problems getting out of bed for school in the morning because it is so comfortable. This is definitely not a firm bed. It's like sleeping on a cloud. I bought the 1st one because of the too soft complaints which means it would be perfect for him. My 12 yr old had to have one once he tried his brothers out. Now my teen daughter is begging for one. I might have to get one for myself as well. We have had the 2 mattresses for over 2 weeks. You don't feel any springs and the memory foam forms to your body so perfect. When unboxing it the bed fluffed right up so fast so we didn't have to wait to feel the comfort. Amazing. I am buying more of these

So, I just bought this mattress for a roommate who is coming to live with me tomorrow for a few months. The mattress arrived 3 days ago, so I had to try it out myself. I'm not going to lie, I was skeptical at first when I went to lay down because it felt soft and I'm a firm bed person! However, when I sat up in it and was propped up by my back rest pillow, I quickly fell into this deep sleep sitting up while I was watching TV. I woke up at 4:00 AM and was extremely surprised to see the lights and TV on. I never fall asleep sitting up. I just felt so comfortable and so tired that I fell asleep where I was. So, after I woke up, I put my back rest pillow on the floor and put my head on the pillow and fell back into this extremely deep comfortable sleep and did not get up once to go to the bathroom! That is very rare for me to do that. The mattress molds to your body, doesn't smother you, is cool and feels soft, yet it's firm! (JUST RIGHT)! It feels so right that I don't want to get out of bed in the mornings. I just want to keep hitting snooze! Hahaha! Most importantly, I am 46 years old and have lower back problems, especially when I get up in the morning. Well, it must have been my old mattress because I easily got up from this new mattress (due to the way they make the outside rim of the mattress) and right onto my feet and had absolutely NO back pain! I felt refreshed and felt like I had a great nights rest. I am truly amazed! I have been sleeping in it for the past 3 nights now and I have to give it up tomorrow night:( I was so bummed about having to give it up, that I had to order a Queen size "Member's Mark Hotel Premier Collection 12" Hybrid Mattress" for my bed! Haha! I am super excited about it and I am super excited for my new roommate to try it out and see what she thinks about the mattress;) It is a great quality mattress and you can't beat the price for that kind of quality! 5 STARS!! Worth every penny!

The best mattress I have slept on by far! The memory foam on top of the mattress is a cool gel and I feel it first thing when I lay down. This was an important part of my purchase as I often get hot at night and wanted a bed that would keep me feeling cool. So far I've only have for 5 days, but I look forward to going to sleep every night on my new mattress : )

This is probably the worst mattress I've ever had. It has zero support and if you're a stomach sleeper then your spine will absolutely not like you. I wake up with back pain nearly everyday. It lost ANY and ALL support within 6 months of purchase. Buy a different mattress.
