Great quality wood and hardware. Didn’t have any problems at all. Great instructions on paper and bilt app.

We purchased this Pergola a couple of months ago. We added this to our pool area, and it's been a great addition.

My husband and I bought this a few weeks ago. The instructions were easy to follow and we had it put together in about 10 hours. We love it!!

This is a beautiful pergola. And very well labeled and instructions were easy to follow. Assembled in 1 day with 3 people.

Purchased in April, we have it up and ready for a coffee in morning, a tea in the afternoon or a glass of wine in the evening.

Delivery was our main issue. It took a month, and then no one called to tell us they were on their way. Also, if the bolts were even a 1/4 inch longer, it would be a BIG help. Took three guys about four hours. Looks good....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like my pergola! It feels very cozy! Some parts arrived damaged, but backyard discovery sent them right the way!

We've always wanted a pergola for our courtyard and this one is perfect! The quality is excellent, the customer service went above and beyond and the installation crew were so professional.

Great pergola. I also have the 12x10 pergola. Both look great and classy. Easy to follow instructions. I would recommend at least two people on a couple of steps but most of it can be put together by one person.

I just installed the 14' x 10' Pergola ...took me one weekend to two coat the wood with an oil stain and install with just some help.... I will let you know how it will hold up in the weather but happy overall of the product
