I purchased this pergola about one year ago for my backyard, which is concrete slab. It’s sturdy, and very expensive looking, high quality that looks like it will last. Couldn’t be happier.

I simply watched the video and it looks pretty straightforward. I did a quick Visual and nothing seems damaged. I think I can knock this out if I get a brother or friend to help me. No real special tools or Advanced expertise required.

The posts were hollow, so we replaces with solid posts from Home Depot, so that it can withstand the harsh winds. Otherwise, the perfect addition to our house. It is worth every penny.

We got our pergola as promised and the pergola went up well. No flaws in the process. Just follow the directions. Does need at least two people for help.

I bought my pergola directly from BYD and shipping was seamless (as described). I had my handyman assemble it for me, and he didn’t have any complaints. The color is beautiful, it is solid and sturdy. I think it’s a great value!

We have had our pergola for about 9 months now and it is just as beautiful now as it was when we first purchased it. Adds so much to our new patio. Love it!

Quality of the lumber was good, delivery was made on time and installation was not impossible with the help of a couple of neighbors. It is good value for the money.

The size was perfect and the design lends itself to some wood and acrylic shoji we are adding to create a Japanese Gazebo look! The construction is quality materials and easy to erect. I’m 65 and it was a breeze!
