My 20×12 Pergola was well packed and had all pieces inside. The delivery guys were very nice and placed it where I needed it on my property.

Some broken lumber parts and also some screw holes that didnt line up, but over all a solid product for the price.

The directions were clear. It went up nicely. Every neighbor that walks by says how beautiful it is! We love it!

Pergolla was just as described and possibly even better. Assembly crew very professional and cleaned up after the job. Very happy with product.

Not for the novice builder. The dark screws and light brown wood were not aesthetically pleasing. We had to stain it slate black. Looks much better.

We purchased this online. It came in really good condition and we put it together without any problems. Looks great. Great product for the price!

Took me 5-6 hours to put together mostly on my own. Everything went together as described. No issues. Looks great. Very happy with my purchase.

Beautiful and rich looking! Assembly was not too difficult. Happy with the purchase…. Can’t wait till the long days of summer are here to enjoy it!

So much easier to put together than I expected. Great instructions. It looks Beautiful, better than I hoped!
