My wife and I love this mattress. It’s super soft and a dream to sleep on. We had it shipped right to us and the packing was solid. This mattress is such a great value. I would recommend it to anyone.

Wanted to like for the price. Mattress was all gel foam and not enough structure for our needs. Returned. Return was easy and Sam's setup pickup at my convenience.

We used our trailer for our own pick up. Box was easy to move into home. Mattress exactly what we wanted & hoped it would be. Used Sam's because of their mattress refund policy (just in case).....NO return from this buyer! Quality & Comfort.

So, I just bought this mattress for a roommate who is coming to live with me tomorrow for a few months. The mattress arrived 3 days ago, so I had to try it out myself. I'm not going to lie, I was skeptical at first when I went to lay down because it felt soft and I'm a firm bed person! However, when I sat up in it and was propped up by my back rest pillow, I quickly fell into this deep sleep sitting up while I was watching TV. I woke up at 4:00 AM and was extremely surprised to see the lights and TV on. I never fall asleep sitting up. I just felt so comfortable and so tired that I fell asleep where I was. So, after I woke up, I put my back rest pillow on the floor and put my head on the pillow and fell back into this extremely deep comfortable sleep and did not get up once to go to the bathroom! That is very rare for me to do that. The mattress molds to your body, doesn't smother you, is cool and feels soft, yet it's firm! (JUST RIGHT)! It feels so right that I don't want to get out of bed in the mornings. I just want to keep hitting snooze! Hahaha! Most importantly, I am 46 years old and have lower back problems, especially when I get up in the morning. Well, it must have been my old mattress because I easily got up from this new mattress (due to the way they make the outside rim of the mattress) and right onto my feet and had absolutely NO back pain! I felt refreshed and felt like I had a great nights rest. I am truly amazed! I have been sleeping in it for the past 3 nights now and I have to give it up tomorrow night:( I was so bummed about having to give it up, that I had to order a Queen size "Member's Mark Hotel Premier Collection 12" Hybrid Mattress" for my bed! Haha! I am super excited about it and I am super excited for my new roommate to try it out and see what she thinks about the mattress;) It is a great quality mattress and you can't beat the price for that kind of quality! 5 STARS!! Worth every penny!

It's too soft. Medium to firm? Nope. Had it for about 4 months now.... It's so awful. The sheets fall off because there is now structure at the corners. Plus we constantly have to adjust the fitted sheet because of the smooth cooling top. Our heads sink even with our nice thick pillows. Back hurts.

I set a reminder on my phone to review this after having it a year. I went from a traditional mattress + box spring on a simple frame to this hybrid mattress on a zinus smart base, so that was quite a change. I have now been sleeping on it for a little over a year. I was used to sleeping on a pretty firm mattress for most my life but found as I've aged that I was waking up with sore shoulders and hips. I'm a side sleeper. This is much softer than I had but I don't find that bad. You sink in a little bit but you don't have a you-shaped impression in the bed like I've experienced on a straight memory foam mattress. That being said, it's a little more effort to roll over in bed. One thing I was looking for and got in this mattress was less transfer of motion when my partner gets in or out of bed. The traditional mattress had quite a lot of movement that could be very disruptive. I debated for a long time between the hybrid and full memory foam with being unsure if the motion would be a lot better with the memory foam. I really wanted the extra support of the hybrid so I was pleased at lack of motion transfer. I am overall happy with this bed and would recommend to anyone that does need a bit softer on the pressure points.

This mattress checked all the boxes. It is the first mattress we have bought from Sam's. The quality seems good but we have been sleeping on it now for a few months and it is definitely too soft. NOT the medium-firm it says. I'll be looking to return this one and might need to look at an actual mattress store.

We were looking for a plush hybrid mattress and came across this "medium firm" one. I read the reviews that it's actually soft so we decided to try it. My opinion is that this mattress is both. It has a very soft top layer with a very supportive foundation. It's perfect for us, both side and back sleepers. I feel that it's the perfect mattress if you're having trouble with pressure points at your hips and shoulders. I would've never considered this mattress with a medium firm description but thanks to the negative reviews I changed my mind.

Purchased this mattress on 11/12 and till this day 12/6 there has been a very strong plastic smell. The scent radiates off this mattress and has filled the entire room with it. I have tried to leave the windows open with fans in the room for 3 days now and no luck. I’ve also tried carpet cleaner powder and no luck. I’ve washed the removable covers twice and this smell does not want to go away. Haven’t been able to sleep on this mattress due to the strong scent it can’t stop to be releasing. Do not recommend.
