Love it! They shipped it to me earlier then expected and I had it on my bed in no time at all. I've had problems with my back and hips hurting but not with this mattress.

Although the bed in a box is a new idea. It is a much easier way to get a mattress home. It is everything we expected and hopefully will stand the test of time. We are both sleeping much better, and most of our morning body aches have disappeared.

It is a box mattress. Very soft and no support like any foam box mattress. Only very expensive. No box in the pictures so you think you’re buying a real mattress. Very deceptive.

Ezcellent mattress for the price. It is very comfortable, medium to firm and just right for us. There was no big chemical smell like others complained about. We let it rise and sit for 48 hours before use, so that may have helped. Great product!

While the description states Medium/Firm, it is the softest bed I’ve ever seen. It is not comfortable. Will be returning and spending the money on a quality bed. I would not recommend this bed.

Easy process from buying to opening the box and getting it out. It is soft and fitm at the same time. Such a comfortable mattress. I slept on it at an Airbnb and fell in love with it, so I had to get my own.

Way too soft for me. I wake up with lower back pain each day. You sink about 3inches before hitting anything ‘medium-firm’. For me this puts my spine in a weird position resulting in pain. I will be returning this mattress.

We have had this mattress for a month or so that 1st night sleep was the best night sleep I can recall. Somehow this mattress is both firm and soft. It is supportive yet very comfortable. Feels like it should cost a lot more than it does.

Delivery was great. I have now slept on it for 2 weeks firmness great love it couldn’t be happier.No more neck and back pain but most of all my pressure point areas don’t hurt. Love it would buy it again.

Very comfortable, not waking up with anymore back pain like I used to with my old mattress. Also no more tossing and turning, so I sleep throughout the night. I'm a side sleeper and it has the right amount of firmness and softness I need.
