Since I have trouble kneeling, I assembled it on heavy duty sawhorses; instead of on the floor as the instructions say. I also used a drop of blue Loctite on all of the screws in the cabinet but not the screws that attach the drawers to the runners. Assembly was simple when you followed the instructions. I was able to do all of it by myself except getting it back down off the sawhorses I required some help. I am extremely pleased with the product especially considering the price. I am extremely pleased with this work bench especially considering the price.

Excellent work and storage bench. Take a deep breath and a big cup of coffee, or whatever you might like to drink, and dive in to putting it together. It is a lot of work, but more fun than frustration. After finishing it you have a wonderful addition to your garage and a good working bench. Have fun!!

Well designed and straight forward instructions for assembly. There are a number of parts to assemble, but the instructions were easy to follow and assembly was trouble free. The work bench is solid and sturdy and I expect to get many years of use. It also looks sharp with the high quality wood top and aluminum drawers.

It's big, it's heavy, it's beautiful. Took a while to put together but was well worth it. So much storage! We now have all the tools, tape measures, leftover paint containers, and rulers in one place. It's also a center piece in the bar where we put it. The wood work top is great for multiple things.

This bench was beautifully designed and machined to make assembly so easy! It is a heavy duty unit with casters to match. It even came with pre-cut drawer liners. We bought it with the peg board wall panels and we couldn't be happier with the design and quality of all the pieces.

Sturdy, im 220ish and can get up and stand on it with no worry. Does not lock very well. The drawer on the right, above the swinging doors will stick sometimes to the door itself. Not bad. I like. I’d add a photo of me standing on it but it’s not uploading.

I purchased this almost two years ago in early 2021 after relocating to another state. I moved from a house with a separate workshop to one with only a two car garage. I parted with a large number of tools and kept the essentials. I had several large plastic bins full of what I kept so I needed a workbench with a wood top to store the tools and for a place to work on small jobs. I was attracted to this Seville Classic for a number of reasons: price, size, amount of drawers, nice hardwood top, and attractiveness. It took me about four hours to assemble it. There was plenty of room to hold the tools that I brought with me. I would add that I was cautious not to overload the drawers. After two years of ownership I have mixed feelings about this purchase because of one problem: a number of the drawers do not freely open the full length because of sagging. I have emptied the drawers to see if there was something that I could do to remedy this but I had no solution. I now have to lift up when pulling the drawers out for them to fully open and the large doors on the bottom get caught on the drawers immediately above them. I have since looked closer at work benches at Lowes and Home Depot and they appear to be sturdier. At the time I purchased this they were almost double the price. If I had it to do all over again I would have looked closer at them and researched whether they or this had any issues with sagging. Everything else with this bench has been good but I would not recommend this to anyone because of this issue.

Overall it is a good product but i have a few reasons for taking a star. 1) there were dents on some of the panels. They were cosmetic and weren't too serious, however for the price it is completely unacceptable. I've seen many complaints on other reviews regarding this and it appears the company refuses to increase quality checking procedures. The box wasn't damaged so it was not a shipping issue. 2) there are 265 screws to put in. When i read other reviews and saw people saying it took 4 hours, i thought they just weren't reading directions or weren't good at putting things together. However, the reason it takes 4 hours is because there are 265 screws. For those of us with larger hands, some of the screws are in difficult places. Overall it is a good product and seems to be very sturdy, however there's no excuse for the dents

This is and amazing workbench, a bit pricey, but worth it in my opinion. A lot of reviewers talk about how it took them 5 or more hours toe assemble, I can only say they must not have any DIY skills. Here is how long it took me. I did use a cordless screwdriver for some of it, see hints below. Base assembly: 45 min Drawer assembly: 45 min Install and align draws and doors: 45 min Total assembly time 2 hours 15 min, with 1 person. The only time I had a helper was turning the base over after assembling it. Cleanup took another 30 minutes. I mention that because there is a lot of packing material. And I mean A LOT!! I don’t understand those that say they had bent parts, unless they were bent before being packed. Because I don’t see how anything can get damaged once it’s in the box. HINTS If you use a screw gun, get the longest bit extender you can find, some of the angles will be steep and the screws won’t go in straight. If you don’t have a long extender, use the included screwdriver where needed. Use low speed and torque. The nuts that the screws go in to will strip out if the screw is not straight.

We are an older couple and my husband is on day two of assembling. Maybe we got a dud but the holes are not aligning that well and almost 200 screws - WOW. It’s intimidating if you are not someone who likes to assemble. I wanted to get two of these for our garage but I’m really on the fence about buying a second one. And, one door was bent creating yet another issue with hole alignment.
