This workbench is very sturdy and well made. We ordered it online and had it delivered which was a smart move since this giant is super heavy. It arrived in excellent condition, packed very well with lots of protection. The directions were extremely well written and illustrated. We are not very handy but this assembled easily and the result is fantastic! High quality materials, lots of drawers and it even included drawer liners so your tools don’t shift around. The drawer slides are high quality, as is every part of the workbench. Nice thick wood top and amazingly large casters. We love every thing about it and highly recommend. Fantastic value for the reasonable price too!

I have yet to receive my workbench. The item is shipped by a seperate company. I have been provided a a link from the shipping company that does not work. I have called the shipping company (Maersk/Pilot Delivering) 4 times. Each time after being on hold my call is disconnected. Requests to schedule delivery from the company's website have also gone without response. Sam's club has been unhelpful at solving this problem. I am writing this review as a last attempt to get some help with this problem.

Love this workbench! We got it in black. It looks so good, it's actually in my office as a kitchenette. :o) It comes in two REALLY heavy boxes - and one of the parts was bent but it ended up not being a problem (I bent it back in shape an it wasn't even a part that showed so it was fine). But I called Seville after I saw the bent part and they were totally cool and said "Let us know. We'll replace the part right away." I've bought a number of Seville products over the years and they are all great. This one takes some time to put together - lots of parts - and the only bummer was that some of the seated nuts on the drawers didn't stay in place (I think it's because the stainless doesn't hold as well?) but if you just make sure you're using the hand-held screwdriver on those you should be good.

I am putting together a woodshop in a 12x24 shed... and space is at premium (i.e., got to get a LOT into a small space). I checked out the tool cabinets at big box home improvement stores and their workbenches cost a LOT more than this Seville Workbench. Don't get me wrong, their tool cabinets are much more sturdy... but if you don't need that level of ooomph, the Seville is a great option. The assembly process went very smoothly, but it definitely needs 2 people for some of the steps. The finished workbench drawers work very well, but you do need to get used to the resistance at the beginning of pulling out the drawer, and at the end of pushing the drawer back in. The slip-resistant liner for the drawers works perfectly. All my tools, tape measures, tool batteries, etc. stay where they’re put. The wheels for the cabinet are beefy! There are no problems at all with handling/moving a large, heavy work bench around. I showed a friend this work bench, and she had to have one too! No good dead goes unpunished… She purchased one, too, and I had to help her assemble it!

I knew I wanted a rolling work bench that had a wood top and drawers with ball-bearing drawer slides. I looked at what other businesses offered before making the decision to purchase a bench online from Sam's Club's website. For me, the decisive factors were the cost and free delivery. The bench required assembling, but the instructions were easy to follow. Included with the bench are non-slip mats cut to size for the drawers. If you're an average Joe who likes a clean, well-organized garage and you want a nice-looking, well-built wood-top work bench, I recommend looking at the bench that Sam's Club offers.

This cabinet comes in two boxes (heavy boxes), and is packaged so well there were no dings or damage. The instructions are easy to follow, particularly if you take the time to view some of the YouTube videos about the cabinet. My wife and I assembled it in 3 1/2 hours - all pre-drilled holes lined up, and the drawers lined up with only minor adjustments. As to function, it is the workbench in my shop and is as sturdy as I could want. The whole top is 1.5" hardwood (maple?), not just on the edges with thinner stuff in the middle. The drawers work smoothly, close firmly, and and are not at all flimsy. The doors are perhaps the only weak point. I have to be careful I don't not use them for balance when I open them and kneel down to look on the shelves. This is probably one of my best Sam's purchases - a quality product at a great value.

I purchased this to use as a work bench/cabinet for an outdoor kitchen. It is excellent for storing the necessary tools and supplies for grilling and smoking (I know its a rolling tool chest/workbench, but it works well for a cabinet). It does take a while to assemble, but the instructions are well written and the parts are well engineered and go together easily. I would suggest that you have help assembling due to the size and weight of the workbench.

Several of the screw holes were stripped so had to leave out some screws. Also two drawers were bent so assembling the back of the large and middle drawer was very difficult as the holes did not line up . I would not buy this again as not worth the money and very dissatisfied.

Box was delivered with broken, open corners. Couldn't detect problems until we emptied boxes and sorted parts (took about an hour, 250 pounds) Assembled immediately, but took two of us hours to do. EIGHT PROBLEMS with construction, design, assembly. (1) back frame right corner was badly dented and bent; paint cracked and peeling as result. (2) right side panel dented and bent; won't accept screws to attach to back frame. (3) cross brace on left front panel badly bent and twisted, so drawer won't close. (4) bracket on large drawer that attaches drawer front to side is broken; drawer broken. (5) 4 pre-drilled holes with anchors were drilled a full inch too far inside from the corner of the front frame; they were correctly drilled on left side, but not on right; so right door can't be hung. How could the factory do this??? Unfathomable. (6) roller bearing on top right drawer bent so badly, drawer won't close. (7) roller bearings are pre-attached to frame badly; drawer "reveals" on front look very bad; not like in picture! (8) brake on one of the casters does not lock the wheel. We took pictures, but not wasting my time posting them here. Take my word for it--a shoddy piece of engineering and delivery! You might get lucky, but I doubt it. There are just too many things to go wrong. And if they can't even pre-drill the holes in the correct places, their quality control is abysmal.

We bought 2 of these Seville Classics UltraHD Rolling Workbench's from Sam's Club. The are well worth the money. We purchase them for the Tiles with Style showroom and homestead, here in TN. We have a small commercial kitchen where we process all of our foods for the year. These cabinets work perfect with any stainless steel decor. It was a flawless assembly process. They boxed the parts in order of the assembly, which made it super easy. It does take about 5-6 hours to assemble one cabinet, and you WILL need a second person to handle the top, and to flip over the cabinet, to screw on the wheels, and turn it over again. The castors are heavy duty; about 2" wide. They roll easily from one location to the other. They are in our living area that is connected to the kitchen, so we can easily roll one over into the kitchen for an extra work surface and easy tool access. The cabinets come with pre-cut shelf foam liner. Just slip them in place, and voila; you're ready to fill them up. We are very pleased and will probably order some other Seville Classic products. I would recommend purchasing them from a local store and not having them shipped. The boxes take 2 people to lift and they could get damaged along the way if shipped to your house.
