Our old dishwasher was new in 2003 and it was time to upgrade. This unit has more bells and whistles but cleans the dishes a bit better than the old one

Approximately 40 days after we bought our dishwasher, the base cracked and left our dishwasher crooked. LG sent a repair man who advised he has seen this issue before and he cannot fix it. Cheap cheap material.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are some distinct design issues with this unit. Bottom rack is faulty and the trays themselves are not setup to load dishes conveniently.

I bought a few months ago and I am very disappointed. Broken dishes in lower rack. Contacted Customer care even the President and nobody bothered to contact me. I want to return it for a full refund.
