I bought a few months ago and I am very disappointed. Broken dishes in lower rack. Contacted Customer care even the President and nobody bothered to contact me. I want to return it for a full refund.

I've had my dishwasher about a month and I love it! I love all of the different wash options. I generally just use the auto selection wih the longer dry and my dishes are very clean. I live the third top rack for odd utensils and it's so quiet!
